Expert Analysis
Kevin Branson Jr. | Prep Hoops Scout
Cam demonstrated excellent guard play for Wisconsin Legends this past weekend. He plays with great pace, doesn’t get sped up by defenders, and handles opposing ball pressure well. Cam shot the ball effectively in catch-and-shoot situations from both three-point range and the mid-range, and he converted in transition. He was one of the more well-rounded guards I saw all weekend, showing the ability to both get his teammates involved and score himself on a strong Wisconsin Legends team that made it to the championship game.

Cam was one of the best players at the 13u level, combing impressive quickness with a tight handle to get to any spot he wanted to. He seemed to be running circles around defenders at times, and was fearless attacking the basket against size. In the championship game against a Mac Irvin Fire team that typically had 2-3 6’2+ players on the floor at a time, Cam was going right at them and lookin to finish at the rim. Could also stop on a dime for a pull-up jumper, proving to be a three level scoring threat. The 2030 point guard has a motor that just never seems to stop running.
