The IQ that Moeller plays with is something that stood out to me right away. While watching him play during Saturday’s day of play, his team faced a zone. The decision-making he displayed while attacking that defense was great. He used well-timed cuts, consistent off-ball movements, correct spacing, ball-fakes, and quick passes to his advantage. Moeller is a three-level scorer who takes and makes smart shots.

Weston is a high flyer on this Minnesota Fury 15u team. Someone capable of making plays without dribbling, he’s a very good cutter and sprints the floor hard in transition. In the quarterfinals he slashed along the baseline to catch an alley-oop dunk in a half-court set, showcasing his explosive athleticism as just a freshman. Throughout the weekend he found ways to get to the rim, and finished just about everything inside. Utilizes shot fakes to get guys in the air and draw fouls, even capitalizing with some and-one finishes inside. He played a key role in helping lead his team to the 15u title.
