A big wing who has started to turn the corner over the last few months, Gay was the hottest name in the state coming out of July. He earned multiple D1 offers and has seen his stock continue to trend up. Montez is a strong guard who can get in the paint continuously if he decides he wants to. Long term, if his motor is revving, there is not a better prospect in the 2027 class thanks to his size and athleticism.
