Though not really a true post player, Jenovic is his Heat team’s biggest inside presence. Listed at 6’4, Jenovic rebounds like he’s 6’7+. He does a great job of consistently finding a body to box out, and attacks every missed shot that comes off the rim. He does a great job of securing possession with two hands and catching the ball at the high point of his jump. When matched up against bigger forwards he’s very scrappy battling for position on the block, competing with physicality to make up for any difference in height.

Jenovic Kadindula brought length, activity, and a high motor for Minnesota Heat PBB.
Kadindula is a long, utility forward who found ways to impact the game in different areas. He finished well in traffic and showed toughness around the basket. He also played with a high motor as a rebounder and shot blocker.
One play really showed his ability. Kadindula picked up the ball defensively near half court, came away with the steal, and went coast to coast for the finish. That type of play shows his length, mobility, and ability to turn defense into offense.

Jenovic is an athletic forward who plays much bigger than his listed 6’4 height. He was one of the best rebounders I saw all weekend, showing an impressive vertical to sky up in a high crowd to secure the ball. High energy player who would fight to get over screens or to prevent post entry passes, but could also step out to the perimeter and move his feet with smaller players. Nothing flashy about his offensive game, but he produces by running the floor for good looks in transition or securing offensive rebounds and going right back up for two points.

The Fridley wing/forward impressed during the 8am time slot running with Minnesota Heat . From the opening minute he was making an impact defensively with his long and athletic 6’4 frame, jumping a pass for a steal and getting all the way to the rim to finish. Jenovic has a nose for the rim, able to attack off the dribble, fly up the floor in transition, or go to work out of the post. He knows who he is as a player, and rather than settling for jumpers, he makes it a priority to get to the rim and either draw a foul or finish. Really versatile defender who can make plays as a shot blocker or move his feet on the perimeter with smaller players.

Jenovic was not a player I was very familiar with headed into this weekend, but he really grabbed my attention. The sophomore forward out of Fridley stands at 6’4” and has a very built frame. His athleticism was undeniable, as he was a beast in the paint. He made a major difference with his rebounding and overall interior presence on both ends of the floor. He was battling down low for some tough finishes inside, as well as making some highlight reel blocks.

Jeno is a high flying 6’4 wing from Fridley High School with a motor that doesn’t stop. I watched him Wednesday probably grab over 10 rebounds in their first 20 min scrimmage. He had a couple highlight blocks and plays well above the rim. I would like to see him develop a nice jump shot as he heads into the summer playing with Heat Morgan.
