Alex had some nice flashes in the first half for Minnesota Heat on Saturday night. Starting with his physical profile, Alex is a strong backcourt prospect with wide shoulders and a 6’2 frame that allows him to defend against bigger wings when needed. On the offensive end he has some wiggle on the ball to get to his spots for pull-up jumpers, and he drained a handful in the first half alone. Alex has the ability to stop on a dime to create a bit of separation, and then elevate to connect from mid-range. Brings a nice scoring punch to the floor for Heat PBB.

Stueven looked like probably the most polished player for his Comets team, especially with his footwork and control in the paint. Nothing looked rushed or chaotic, and it felt like he always knew where to go or what to do with the ball. Even with his team down five with less than two minutes to go, Stueven was calm and collected, and hit a turnaround jumper to make it a one score game.
