Harper’s play for Chapman Basketball Academy South Black was a bright spot in an otherwise difficult morning contest at Wayzata High School against a very good Minnesota Fury — Reyes outfit. Harper used his aggressiveness and physical strength to bull his away to the basket and score over taller defender. He had seven points in the first half to account for the majority of CBA’s offense. A three-year varsity player at Greendale, Harper averaged 6.8 ppg as a junior for the Panthers.

Something that really stood out about Harper Jr’s game is his decision making. He’s deliberate with his movements and doesn’t waste any space as he attacks the basket. He shows good patience with the ball in his hands, especially when in the key. Harper Jr will step out and hit from beyond the arc and has good ball-handling skills. He is an active rebounder and plays with high energy and great intensity. He plays hard defense both on and away from the ball. You can always count on Harper Jr to give you everything he’s got.
