About Amare

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am very focused when it comes to basketball, i do anything to get time in to improve on my weaknesses. I am respectful, team player and I am a very coachable player.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed the ability to be. a leader in lots of situations, especially when the team needs it more. I communicate when i see something not right and which needs to be fixed in order for the team and my self to succeed.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

i have faced many challenges, one being shut down by many teams saying i’m not good enough to play and i took that criticism as motivation to keep playing and improve on my character and athleticism.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that will help me succeed in athletics and academics, i also want a college in which has people around me to push me above and beyond my limits.

Kirya made a major impact this summer, showcasing why he’s such a tough guard to defend. With quick handles and sharp decision making, he consistently got to the basket and finished with ease. He also displaying excellent court vision with finding cutters and hitting outlets at the right moment. His awareness and ability to read the floor set him apart. As he continues to grow, Kirya’s game speaks for itself. Refining his offensive consistency and maintaining that high level playmaking will only make him more unstoppable, establishing him as a guard who can dictate games and emerge as a serious candidate for the ranked list
