Love is a player who plays with aggression on both ends of the floor. Offensively, he attacks with confidence and counters to create baskets. He attacked off the dribble, mixed in mid-range pull-ups, and knocked down a few threes. He appears to always want to be making a play, and sometimes that takes away from his strengths as he’s very skilled. But once he slowed down and let the game come to him, he became a difference-maker at the camp. His defensive energy stood out late, turning stops into offense, and he went on multiple runs by himself. In 5-on-5, Love’s blend of scoring and tenacious defense made him a two-way spark that led his team. Solid day for Love and we have seen him show out in other showcases in the past as well, so it was more of a refresher.
