Love is a player who plays with aggression on both ends of the floor. Offensively, he attacks with confidence and counters to create baskets. He attacked off the dribble, mixed in mid-range pull-ups, and knocked down a few threes. He appears to always want to be making a play, and sometimes that takes away from his strengths as he’s very skilled. But once he slowed down and let the game come to him, he became a difference-maker at the camp. His defensive energy stood out late, turning stops into offense, and he went on multiple runs by himself. In 5-on-5, Love’s blend of scoring and tenacious defense made him a two-way spark that led his team. Solid day for Love and we have seen him show out in other showcases in the past as well, so it was more of a refresher. 

has proven to be an underrated shooter with a knack for knocking down shots from various spots on the floor. His quick release allows him to score before defenders can contest, making him a constant offensive threat. Beyond his shooting, he’s a willing and capable defender, able to guard either guard position effectively. His balanced game and ability to impact both ends of the court make him a key player to watch.

Love had repeated success at local showcase events, displaying his twitchy handle alongside the skill to create space one on one. The guard works hard at the point of attack, staying low while keeping his hands wide. Given his activity on both ends of the floor, the guard could get a crack at the varsity rotation this coming season, even with significant backcourt depth on that Rangeview roster.

Love is a knockdown shooter with an uncanny ability to find open spaces on the floor, making him a constant scoring threat. His versatility shines when defenders back off, as he can pull up off the dribble with ease. His high basketball IQ allows him to always be in the right spot, maximizing his shooting opportunities.

Love is a skilled ball handler, additionally possessing the quick first step to blow by opposing defenders. An explosive downhill scoring threat, opponents were often in trouble while attempting to keep him out of the lane. Once in the paint, Love is rarely sped up, effectively getting to pivot moves to counter the defense.
