Prep Hoops Kentucky All-Transfer Teams

The state seems to be fairly wide open and the Mr. Basketball race has several really good players in the mix. It's entirely possible that the three best Seniors in Kentucky are all in the 11th region. There are as many as 10 teams who could win the State title in March. The transfer portal has been VERY active going back to the spring. We even had a transfer last week after a team had already scrimmaged.
