No other player in the class has scholarship offers from both of the state's high-major NCAA Division I programs. <br><br>Second-ranked [player_tooltip player_id='1561925' first='Andrew' last='Jensen'] of Kaukauna and the [program_tooltip program_id='2225511' first='All-Wisconsin' last=''] club program also moves up as he climbs from No. 5 to his spot just behind Karvala. The versatile 6-foot-9 forward affects a game in a lot of different ways as he can use his strong passing skills to find cutters from the high-post position, go inside and score on the blocks and make mid range jump shots. His mobility, unselfishness, size and upside are impressive. Marquette coach Shaka Smart has made him a recruiting priority for well over a year now.<br><br>Checking in at No. 3 is [player_tooltip player_id='2045256' first='Yusef' last='Gray Jr.'], a 6-foot-4 wing from West Allis Central who performed at a high level all spring and summer for [program_tooltip program_id='2391400' first='Team' last='Herro']. A combination guard with length, athleticism and the ability to score at all three levels, Gray missed the second half of his high school season with an injury, but proved his standing as one of the state's elite prospects with strong play in the spring and summer. He is a strong on-ball defender and utilizes his quickness and non-stop activity to get to the basket while also drilling three-point jump shots. Hamilton owns DI offers from Detroit and Western Illinois.<br><br>[player_tooltip player_id='1561888' first='Josh' last='Manchester'] of Mount Horeb and the Davis Brothers Elite travel team perhaps the best shooter in the state's 2026 class. His range goes well beyond the three-point arc and he has a quick release that helps him get his shot off against bigger defenders. The 6-foot-4 wing prospect moves up three spots to No 5 in the class.<br><br>No. 6 [player_tooltip player_id='1552512' first='Zavier' last='Zens'] of Wisconsin Lutheran and [program_tooltip program_id='2480703' first='24:' last='UP'] has received DI scholarship offers from Toledo and Green Bay in recent weeks due in large part to his size and skill combination. At 6-foot-7, Zens has the ability to score from three-point range, off the dribble and in the paint. His length and lateral movement also are strengths on the defensive end of the court. <br><br>Zens, who moved up six spots, and No. 7 [player_tooltip player_id='1749722' first='Jakari' last='Smith'], who advanced seven positions, are newcomers to the Top 10. Smith is an athletic 6-foot-5 wing player who can soar for dunks, make plays on the perimeter and guard different positions. He doesn't own a DI offer yet, but is trending in the right direction and it might just be a matter of time before one comes his way. <br><br>Riak has battled some injuries of late that has limited his playing time. However, the Madison La Follette and [program_tooltip program_id='2076218' first='Wisconsin' last='Playground Club'] standout is the type of athlete who could have a breakout junior season and move up quickly in the eyes of college recruiters.<br><br>Pohl played up a division during the summer for the second year in a row and more than held his own for the [program_tooltip program_id='2076033' first='Wisconsin' last='Playmakers'] 17U UA Rise squad. The Marshfield standout is a powerful jumper on the glass and a smooth shooter from distance. <br><br>Players in the updated rankings who moved up at least 10 spots among the top 70 include:<br><br>No. 12 [player_tooltip player_id='2391091' first='Tyler' last='Tiutczenko'] (6-7) of Pewaukee (from 49 to 12). Surprise, surprise. Yet another highly skilled big man from the Pewaukee program. Tiutczenko saw action off the bench as a sophomore for Pewaukee, but figures to be a go-to performer for the Pirates the next two seasons. <br><br>No. 14 [player_tooltip player_id='2116495' first='Cahlil' last='Jones'] (6-2) of Germantown (from 37 to 14). A very athletic and constantly improving wing who gets to the hoop and finishes with dunks and acrobatics over taller defenders. Jump shot is improving. <br><br>No. 16 [player_tooltip player_id='2025184' first='Wes' last='Rahn'] (6-7) of Lakeside Lutheran (from 26 to 16). Rahn was outstanding for Lakeside Lutheran in the WIAA playoffs last March, and the physical and skilled big man carried over that strong play to the summer with [program_tooltip program_id='2076023' first='Wisconsin' last='Academy']. He picked up DII offers from Northern Michigan and Winona State. <br><br>No. 37 [player_tooltip player_id='2375323' first='Blake' last='Risler'] (6-2) of Regis (from unranked to No. 37). Risler's showing for Regis and the [program_tooltip program_id='2076033' first='Wisconsin' last='Playmakers'] over the summer was highly impressive as he showed the ability to score off the dribble and from well beyond the three-point arc.<br><br>No. 43 [player_tooltip player_id='1561902' first='Mason' last='Brone'] (6-3) of Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau (from watch list to No. 43). The lanky and heady point guard plays with very good basketball instincts and has the type of size colleges crave for the lead-guard position. <br><br>No. 47 [player_tooltip player_id='2500051' first='Omar' last='Fofana'] (6-0) of Saint Thomas More (from unranked to No. 47). Fofana came on strong late in the season for Saint Thomas More, which went 29-1 and won the WIAA Division 3 state title. He then used his increased confidence to play at a high level for the Cavaliers in the summer. <br><br>No. 48 [player_tooltip player_id='1561965' first='Joseph' last='Daly'] (6-6) of New London (from unranked to No. 48). A versatile big man who plays with outstanding instincts. Turned in a strong summer for the [program_tooltip program_id='2076027' first='Wisconsin' last='Blizzard'] club program. <br><br>No. 50 [player_tooltip player_id='2492565' first='Luke' last='Paddock'] (6-4) of Elkhorn (from unranked to No. 50). Paddock's length and offensive skillset allow him to be a tough cover for opponents. He showed off those attributes for both Elkhorn and the [program_tooltip program_id='2078835' first='Wisconsin' last='Swing'] in the summer. <br><br>No. 52 [player_tooltip player_id='2381688' first='Valin' last='Ramberg'] (6-7) of Marshfield (from unranked to No. 52). Ramberg is constantly in motion and can finish in different ways on the break while also being a solid half-court contributor. Has taken big strides in his game the last six months. <br><br>No. 54 [player_tooltip player_id='2391086' first='Carson' last='Dorgu'] (6-7) of Ashwaubenon (from watch list to No. 54). An ever-improving big man who mobility and strength. Best days on the basketball court are still ahead for the emerging Dorgu. <br><br>No. 57 [player_tooltip player_id='2432828' first='Treve' last='Stoffel'] (6-3) of Mosinee (from unranked to No. 57). Stoffel might have been the most improved player in the [program_tooltip program_id='2076033' first='Wisconsin' last='Playmakers'] program at the 16U level. His play just got better and better as the spring and summer unfolded. <br><br>No. 58 [player_tooltip player_id='2496335' first='Parker' last='Blank'] (6-0) of Beaver Dam (from unranked to No. 58). Blank is a winner in every sense of the word. Just competes and competes, and then competes some more. Physical point guard who had a strong summer for the [program_tooltip program_id='2078835' first='Wisconsin' last='Swing']. <br><br>No. 59 [player_tooltip player_id='2117025' first='Jamison' last='Zavatchin'] (6-4) of Oostburg (from watch list to No. 59). Zavatchin missed the summer with an injury, but his productivity when healthy is almost always constant. He teams with No. 30 Chad Dirkse to give Oostburg two of the better juniors in the state. <br><br>No. 60 [player_tooltip player_id='2496336' first='Cade' last='Felch'] (6-4) of D.C. Everest (from unranked to No. 60). Felch is a versatile wing with size, mobility and the ability to make multiple threes in any given contest.<br><br>No. 61 [player_tooltip player_id='1561962' first='JJ' last='Walters'] (6-2) of Germantown (from watch list to No. 61). Walters' strong play in the summer for the [program_tooltip program_id='2076501' first='Chapman' last='Basketball Academy'] and also with Germantown is a big reason why many feel the Warhawks could be the team to beat next winter in the Greater Metro Conference. <br></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>No. 62 [player_tooltip player_id='2117026' first='Ian' last='Kowal'] (6-2) of Onalaska (from watch list to No. 62). One of the youngest players in the 2026 class, Kowal is the son of Onalaska coach Craig Kowal. He isn't a great athlete or a huge scorer, but he is a heady wing who makes the right basketball play on almost every possession. <br><br>No. 63 [player_tooltip player_id='1964464' first='George' last='Rohl'] (6-6) of Ellsworth (from watch list to No. 66). Two-year varsity performer at Ellsworth who averaged 13.1 points and 5.6 rebounds as a sophomore. <br><br>No. 64 [player_tooltip player_id='1561916' first='J.T.' last='Schlaefer'] (6-0) of Assumption (from watch list to No. 64). Schlaefer can get it going with his burst of speed off the dribble and aggressiveness taking the ball to the basket. <br><br>No. 65 [player_tooltip player_id='2391085' first='Ryan' last='Westrich'] (6-6) of Bonduel (from watch list to No. 66). Westrich is a big-time football recruit who can also score in the post on the basketball court. Big, strong and steady performer for the Bears. <br><br>No. 66 [player_tooltip player_id='2391090' first='Blake' last='Buhr'] (6-5) of Sheboygan North (from watch list to No. 65). Buhr is another football prospect who can also do damage on the basketball floor. He has good shooting range and excellent size/strength.<br><br>No. 68 [player_tooltip player_id='2386579' first='Devon' last='Feck'] (6-0) of Rhinelander (from unranked to No. 68). A sniper among snipers in this class. Can knock down shots well beyond the three-point arc.<br><br>No. 69 [player_tooltip player_id='1561958' first='Donovan' last='Cowley'] (6-3) of Roncalli (From unranked to No. 69). Cowley is an emerging backcourt prospect with size and skill. Had a strong sophomore season at Roncalli and is part of a very talented returning cast for the Jets.<br><br>No. 70 [player_tooltip player_id='2364732' first='Quincy' last='Mosley'] (6-0) of Madison West (from watch list to No. 70). Mosley teams with [player_tooltip player_id='2045266' first='Michael' last='Wilson'] to give Madison West one of the more dynamic backcourt duos in the Big Eight Conference. Risler's showing for Regis and the Wisconsin Playmakers over the summer was highly impressive as he showed the ability to score off the dribble and from well beyond the three-point arc.

No. 43 Mason Brone Mason Brone Mason Brone 6'3" | PG Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau | 2026 State WI (6-3) of Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau (from watch list to No. 43). The lanky and heady point guard plays with very good basketball instincts and has the type of size colleges crave for the lead-guard position.

No. 47 Omar Fofana Omar Fofana Omar Fofana 6'1" | CG Saint Thomas More | 2026 State WI (6-0) of Saint Thomas More (from unranked to No. 47). Fofana came on strong late in the season for Saint Thomas More, which went 29-1 and won the WIAA Division 3 state title. He then used his increased confidence to play at a high level for the Cavaliers in the summer.

No. 48 Joseph Daly Joseph Daly Joseph Daly 6'7" | SF/PF New London | 2026 State WI (6-6) of New London (from unranked to No. 48). A versatile big man who plays with outstanding instincts. Turned in a strong summer for the Wisconsin Blizzard club program.

No. 50 Luke Paddock Luke Paddock Luke Paddock 6'4" | SG Elkhorn | 2026 State WI (6-4) of Elkhorn (from unranked to No. 50). Paddock's length and offensive skillset allow him to be a tough cover for opponents. He showed off those attributes for both Elkhorn and the Wisconsin Swing in the summer.

No. 52 Valin Ramberg Valin Ramberg Valin Ramberg 6'7" | SF/PF Marshfield | 2026 State WI (6-7) of Marshfield (from unranked to No. 52). Ramberg is constantly in motion and can finish in different ways on the break while also being a solid half-court contributor. Has taken big strides in his game the last six months.

No. 54 Carson Dorgu Carson Dorgu Carson Dorgu 6'8" | SF Ashwaubenon | 2026 State WI (6-7) of Ashwaubenon (from watch list to No. 54). An ever-improving big man who mobility and strength. Best days on the basketball court are still ahead for the emerging Dorgu.

No. 57 Treve Stoffel Treve Stoffel Treve Stoffel 6'4" | SG/SF Mosinee | 2026 State WI (6-3) of Mosinee (from unranked to No. 57). Stoffel might have been the most improved player in the Wisconsin Playmakers program at the 16U level. His play just got better and better as the spring and summer unfolded.

No. 58 Parker Blank Parker Blank Parker Blank 5'11" | PG Beaver Dam | 2026 State WI (6-0) of Beaver Dam (from unranked to No. 58). Blank is a winner in every sense of the word. Just competes and competes, and then competes some more. Physical point guard who had a strong summer for the Wisconsin Swing .

No. 59 JJ Zavatchin JJ Zavatchin JJ Zavatchin 6'3" | SF Oostburg | 2026 State WI (6-4) of Oostburg (from watch list to No. 59). Zavatchin missed the summer with an injury, but his productivity when healthy is almost always constant. He teams with No. 30 Chad Dirkse to give Oostburg two of the better juniors in the state.

No. 60 Cade Felch Cade Felch Cade Felch 6'4" | SF D.C. Everest | 2026 State WI (6-4) of D.C. Everest (from unranked to No. 60). Felch is a versatile wing with size, mobility and the ability to make multiple threes in any given contest.

No. 61 JJ Walters JJ Walters JJ Walters 6'5" | SF Germantown | 2026 State WI (6-2) of Germantown (from watch list to No. 61). Walters' strong play in the summer for the Chapman Basketball Academy and also with Germantown is a big reason why many feel the Warhawks could be the team to beat next winter in the Greater Metro Conference.
