Laderer had himself a tournament, showcasing his ability to impact the game on both ends of the floor. Offensively, he showed great awareness and timing, consistently finding his way to the corner where he became a dependable spot-up shooter. When defenders closed out too hard, he didn’t hesitate to put the ball on the floor, attacking the lane with power and control. His ability to finish through contact made him a tough matchup, as he used his strength and body control to convert tough baskets at the rim. Defensively, Laderer brought energy and toughness every possession. He played with a physical edge, taking pride in locking down his assignment and using his strength to disrupt ball handlers. His on ball pressure forced opponents into tough spots, and his effort in help defense showed his commitment to the team side of the game
