1.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2309944' first='Josiah' last='Harrington'] (North Scott) -- 24.8

The Iowa State commit is one of the most talented players not just in the state, but in the country. A 6-7/6-8 wing who can score from anywhere on the floor, he posted 50-30-74 shooting splits as a junior, but is a better 3-point shooting threat than that 30% indicates. He has continued to work on his athleticism and explosiveness and looks primed to have an insanely productive senior campaign for the Lancers before heading off to Ames.

2.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2118611' first='Jerimiah' last='Washpun'] (Liberty) -- 22.2

A lightning-quick guard with elite handles and a great first step, Washpun uses his speed, IQ, and change of pace to routinely blow by defenders and get to the rim for finishes. He really improved as a 3-point shooting threat as a junior, burying 45.4% of his triples last year. That type of improvement from distance only makes him more dangerous as an all-around scorer and playmaker.

3.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2617548' first='T'Angello' last='Bush'] (Southeast Polk) -- 21.2

A quick-twitch, shot-making guard, Bush put up big numbers at Des Moines North as a junior, averaging 5.8 rebounds, 2.1 assists, and 1.1 steals to go with his big scoring output. He has transferred to Southeast Polk for his senior season, and if his improved efficiency from behind the arc (36.0 3P% last season) is for real, he could become a very intriguing option for JuCo and NAIA schools to keep an eye on.

4.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2419755' first='Tillman' last='Papcun'] (Norwalk) -- 20.1

One of the most improved players in the state last season, Papcun emerged as a dominant scoring threat from anywhere on the floor. He's capable of playing with or without the ball in his hands, really showing marked improvement as a ball-handler and shot creator not just for himself, but also for his teammates, dishing out three assists a game last season in addition to 20+ points on 51-42-86 splits.

5.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2204081' first='Charlie' last='King'] (Roosevelt) -- 20.1

The Northern Iowa commit is one of the best pure scorers in the state, capable of dropping 30+ on any given night and doing so at a highly efficient clip. He shot just under 51% from the floor last season, and the 6-6 wing showed his ability to stuff the stat sheet on a nightly basis, averaging 9.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 2.6 steals per game. He possesses great size, length, and is a highly intelligent, efficient player.

6.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2754678' first='Michael' last='Gordon'] (Bettendorf) -- 19.3

Gordon emerged as one of the state's elite scorers last season for the Bulldogs, routinely putting up big nights despite being bullet points #1, 2, and 3 on the opposing team's scouting report. A skilled shooter off the dribble, he has really improved as a shot creator for himself and his teammates over the course of the last 18 months, transforming himself from a catch-and-shoot option with North Scott as a sophomore into an all-around dynamo on the offensive end.

7.) 2028 [player_tooltip player_id='2595605' first='MarQwan' last='Morgan'] (Davenport North) -- 18.8

Few players in the state are capable of taking over a game like Morgan is. Just look at what he has done with Mac Irvin throughout the summer or at any showcase event. He's an elite isolation scorer who can break down anyone off the dribble and create his own shot. He's a strong, physical guard with a fantastic mid-range game, great body control around the rim, and he finishes through contact at a high level. His range is continuing to improve, and if he can become a 37-38% 3-point shooter, good luck trying to defend him.

8.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2420796' first='Cole' last='Shannon'] (Clinton) -- 18.5

A 6-4 guard who is asked to do just about everything for the River Kings, Shannon put together a really nice junior season, leading the team in scoring, assists (4.3), and steals (1.8). His size is a major advantage, allowing him to bully smaller defenders and shoot over them.

9.) 2028 [player_tooltip player_id='2523925' first='Trae' last='Fields'] (Cedar Rapids Washington) -- 18.3

Fields is one of the most exciting players in the state, a truly unique player with elite finishing ability at the rim despite being one of the smallest and thinnest players on the floor. He's a sensational ball-handler and has great footwork that he uses to help create additional space to get his shot off, and he's a streaky but talented shooter with unlimited range. The Warriors bring back a lot of talent and could be building towards something special, with Fields being the focal point.

10.) 2027 [player_tooltip player_id='2419808' first='George' last='Blake'] (Indianola) -- 18.3

Another 6-4 guard who can play with or without the ball in his hands, Blake has a great feel for the game and is a really good athlete who does a great job playing to his strengths. He's a capable shooter, 32.4% from 3 as a junior, but he knows he's at his best when he's operating from about 15 feet and in, and he really understands how to get to his spots. In addition to his scoring, he's also a talented playmaker who dished out 3.7 assists last season.
