Back on the Bettendorf roster after a year at North Scott, Michael Gordon Michael Gordon 6'0" | SG Bettendorf | 2027 State IA has stepped in a big way after a year long hiatus with the Lancers. Serving as the third-leading scrorer for North Scott as a sophomore, Gordon was a key part of the rotation, averaging 8.4 PPG.
To start his junior campaign with the Bulldogs, Gordon is averaging 20.4 PPG as a top 15 scorer in 4A. Just two weeks ago, he hit a game-winning triple to take down Muscatine and made it on SportsCenter’s Top 10 plays.

Gordon had a really nice sophomore year at North Scott, averaging 8.4 points on 43% shooting from the 3-point line. He’s a quick-twitch athlete on the perimeter who can create plays off the dribble or knock down shots in bunches off the catch. He has a quick release, picturesque form, and is a strong on-ball defender who moves his feet well on the defensive end.
