I caught Duncan at Team USA October minicamp back in October and was impressed by his physicality, ability to play off two feet and power. Duncan played with the Utah Mountain Stars at the 15 U level and has played for Legynds on the EYBL circuit alongside fellow Colorado native Dylan Betts. Duncan debuts at first in our Ohio rankings as he's in our top 25 of the national rankings at the moment and is around the same range in the Rivals national rankings as well. Duncan holds offers to programs like Kansas, TCU and UNLV already and will likely add to that list with the Spire program.

One of the elite shooters and small-town scorers from the northeast, Proudfoot comes from New York where he put up incredible numbers at the high school level. Western Reserve Academy is no stranger to picking up players from the City Rocks program as the type of prospect and playstyle that each team has is very similar. Proudfoot had some impressive performances when I saw him at EYBL Session I in Atlanta as his elite shot-making ability was on full display. Expect Proudfoot to add to his Division I offer list as he's added Ohio, Siena and Albany in the past week. Before joining Western Reserve Academy, Proudfoot already held Division I offers from San Diego and Manhattan University. With his addition into Ohio's 2028 class, Proudfoot immediately becomes one of the best shooters in the state.

McGuinea is no stranger to our rankings as he's found himself in the top 60 of our 2027 rankings for a few update cycles. McGuinea has reclassified to the 2028 class and will be playing at Andrew's Osborne Academy in the winter and he joins Indiana Elite with prep school teammates [player_tooltip player_id='2614836' first='Victor' last='Aborowa'], [player_tooltip player_id='2614834' first='Dante' last='Otite'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2963352' first='Bob' last='Da Silva']. McGuinea has been on an upward trajectory and the opportunity to play on a top 3SSB team could take his recruitment to the next level.

A prospect who has steadily increased their production this summer, I've been impressed with Muhlenkamp's play with both Dublin Coffman and the [program_tooltip program_id='2075761' first='Ohio' last='Buckets']. A strong wing athlete, Muhlenkamp has been physically superior to a lot of his peers for a while and his perimeter shooting and passing ability has gotten better thanks to his hard work over the past few years and that's taken his game to the next level. A program that's stayed near the top of the OCC and competing for regional titles, this could be Dublin Coffman's best chance to break through and win a regional title with an experienced core that has a nice balance of shooting, size and experience and Muhlenkamp provides value in each of those aspects for his team.

A prospect who seems on the verge of breaking out, Slaughter has had an impressive June with Shaker Heights with some monster dunks. An explosive vertical athlete, Slaughter has some monster poster dunks when he gets a runway to explode. If Salughter can continue to improve his perimeter shooting and passing ability, he has a chance to be one of the top wings in northeast Ohio thanks to his athleticism, interior scoring and rebounding ability.
