Midwest Live brought out many of the top teams and players to Sandusky to compete in front of over 100 college programs, in this article I'll break down my 2028 and 2029 standouts from the final day of action.    Garfield Heights will always have some of the most talented guards in northeast Ohio and Williams is one of the top guards in the class of 2028. Williams has elite change of direction ability as he is lightning fast on the ball and has a creative flair when attacking off the bounce. Williams also knocked down a pair of time and space 3-pointers before hitting a step-back jumper in sudden-death double overtime to secure the win for the Bulldogs. Expect Williams recruitment to start picking up steam now that he's a featured player for Garfield Heights.     A new transfer to the GMC, Howard is now putting his talent up against the best competition in greater Cincinnati and making a name for himself. Howard scored almost 20 PPG as a sophomore for Monroe and while that number will go down as he now shares the floor with a lot of talented players, his exposure will increase. Howard has some swagger offensively with his ball skills off the dribble and his confidence in taking and making contested shots. Joining a team that has a lot of size and defensive talent, Howard is a welcome addition for a team that will benefit from his perimeter scoring. Name to watch this winter in southwest Ohio.     College coaches came to Lima Shawnee's court to see rising senior [player_tooltip player_id='2434352' first='Trevick' last='Bertke'], who impressed again as the featured option, but I wanted to show some love to Hasting for his performance on Sunday. Hasting made a couple shots with his feet set, looked to attack closeouts when the ball was swung to him and showed the ability to finish at the rim with either hand. Bertke will need reliable scoring options to surround him and Hasting looks like an all-conference level talent to play next to the star point forward.     Another top guard for Garfield Heights, Swift is a pest on the perimeter with how well he defends without fouling against opposing ball handlers. Swift gets lower than you and is extremely quick on his feet to change directions and swipe the ball away. Swift also knocked down a handful of 3-pointers off the catch, balancing playing with and without the ball in his hands. Garfield Heights will go as far as their guards will take them and on Sunday they led them to a win over a top program in central Ohio.     With a ton of upside, Jackson is one of the youngest 2029 prospects in Ohio. Still learning how to use his body and size on the interior, Jackson still looks like a baby on the court and is just scratching the surface of what he'll be able to accomplish in a few years time. I was encouraged by Jackson's willingness to run from baseline to baseline and crash the glass. Jackson was also a rim runner after setting ball screens and knows what he does well right now. While his statistical output might not catch eyes this winter, Jackson is likely going to pass a lot of his peers by the time he finishes his high school career if he continues to put in the work.
