Jackson is one of the younger prospects in the 2029 class and he looks like it in the face and physically. His age is why I’m buying long term stock in Jackson as he’ll have a chance to pass some of his older peers who are in the same grade and played 15 U basketball against him. Jackson had a nice July with Midwest Basketball Club 3SSB 15 U and helped them advance to the quarterfinals down at Rock Hill. Jackson had 15 points and didn’t miss a shot from the floor in their bracket play win over BABC. Jackson is a prospect who will be much better two years from now if he continues to develop his offensive skill and attacks the weight room. With a ton of upside, Jackson is one of the youngest 2029 prospects in Ohio. Still learning how to use his body and size on the interior, Jackson still looks like a baby on the court and is just scratching the surface of what he’ll be able to accomplish in a few years time. I was encouraged by Jackson’s willingness to run from baseline to baseline and crash the glass. Jackson was also a rim runner after setting ball screens and knows what he does well right now. While his statistical output might not catch eyes this winter, Jackson is likely going to pass a lot of his peers by the time he finishes his high school career if he continues to put in the work.
