Here at Prep Hoops Indiana, before turning our attention fully to the grassroots AAU scene, we want to hand out some season awards. This week we will do just that beginning with our Class-by-Class All-State teams. Not only did he put up monster numbers averaging 26.3 points, 4.2 rebounds, 4.3 assists, and 1.9 steals per game, but he also led Blackford to 20 wins and a Sectional Championship. He earned Junior All-Star status this season after averaging 20.9 points, 12.6 rebounds, and 1.4 blocks per game for Cardinal Ritter. The dynamic, left-handed guard signed to play at Missouri State averaged 17.3 points, 6.4 rebounds, 4.4 assists, and 3.2 steals per game. Schelsky did a lot of winning over his four-year career at Parke Heritage High School. He won four Regional Championships, made it to the Final Four as a sophomore and junior, and then broke through to cut down the nets as a senior. The athletic 6'3" guard was named a Junior All-Star after his excellent season. He averaged 18.0 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 5.2 assists per game for the Warrior. Their 25-2 record ended in the North Semi-State.
