The AAU season is about to really take off and it is about be an extremely busy next few months. With rosters being finalized now is a perfect time to start taking a look at as many Indiana-based teams as we can. For this spotlight, let's take a look at Progeny 2028 UAA.

Top Player: [player_tooltip player_id='2297505' first='Jaece' last='Vogt']

When it comes to the head of the snake for Progeny 2028, that honor belongs to [player_tooltip player_id='2297505' first='Jaece' last='Vogt'] of West Lafayette. Vogt is an elite shooter with high athleticism and IQ on the floor. He averaged 14.1 points and 4.6 rebounds as a sophomore at the varsity level this past season. High potential scoring wing that flat out shoots the cover off the ball.

Potential Breakout Player: [player_tooltip player_id='2539953' first='Jarrett' last='Harris']

You could easily put [player_tooltip player_id='2539953' first='Jarrett' last='Harris'] as the top player for Progeny 2028, but I think he is more suited as the guy that has the best chance to breakout here at a very high level. He issued easily the most physically dominant player on this team and maybe even the in-state 2028 class overall. He averaged 11.0 points and 5.6 rebounds per game for Luthern last season and you could expect him to have better numbers than that this spring. He is a great rebounder and incredible finishers at the rim. He will grab people's attention this AAU season.

Other Roster Members

[player_tooltip player_id='2540036' first='Jaxson' last='Johnson'] (Delta) - Johnson is a player that easily could have been in one of the top two categories. Coming from Delta High School, Johnson averaged a team high 14.7 points and added 3.6 rebounds and 1.5 assists as a sophomore. A very talented player that could be in for a breakout spring.

[player_tooltip player_id='2617866' first='Jaylin' last='Foster'] (Scecina) - Foster is coming off a sophomore season where he averaged 12.6 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game. One of the more productive players overall, Foster is such a physical presence and a very difficult matchup for opponents.

[player_tooltip player_id='2538843' first='Braxton' last='Bowman'] (Crawford County) - Bowman could be one of the players you see raise his stock the most on this Progeny team. He is one of the more predictive guards in the state having averaged 22.6 points and 3.8 rebounds per game as a sophomore. He is a great playmaker of a guard.

Żahden Zowd (Yorktown) - Perhaps probably the most under-the-radar player on the Progeny 2028 roster, Zowd will be a guard to keep an eye on. Averaged 7.7 points and was the third leading scorer for Yorktown at the varsity level as a sophomore. He is a tough player overall and can get buckets.

[player_tooltip player_id='2879844' first='Jerod' last='Rauch'] (Franklin County) - Rauch is one of the two big man prospects to keep a close on this spring for Progeny. Any game he is in he is capable of putting together a double-double with his legit size at 6'8. He runs the floor well for his size and is already finishing above the rim at his age.
