We have been very high on Vogt for a while now here at Prep Hoops Indiana. His name came up in a lot of conversations with college coaches in attendance on Friday. The 6’5″ sharp shooter has such great positional size and length on the perimeter. He flashed some impressive defensive instincts to go along with the elite shot-making ability. Division I programs should be pulling the trigger on offers this summer.

College coaches don’t spend a lot of time watching the younger classes anymore, even during the live period, but Vogt is one that will probably get at least a few Division I eyes on him this coming weekend. His performance at Havoc in the Heartland helped create a good deal of buzz. The 6’5″ guard is without a doubt one of the best shooters in the state of Indiana.

of West Lafayette HS. Vogt is a super long wing with one of the smoothest shooting strokes you will find in his age group. He does a good job of finding the open spot behind the arc and always have his hands ready to get a shot off. Just a super consistent outside threat.

West Lafayette has quietly built a 12-2 record with this 6’5″ sophomore sharp-shooter helping to lead the way. His combination of size and shooting ability has already established him as one of the top prospects in Indiana’s Class of 2028. We look forward to seeing Vogt, and the rest of is West Lafayette team, on Thursday, February 5th at Brownsburg.

High potential scoring wing that flat out shoots the cover off the ball. Effortless release with deep range, Jace Vogt was the best shooter I saw today. Really good positional size, he showed off his full offensive arsenal being able to score from all three levels.

Another one of the top ranked prospects to attend our Sophomore ID Camp, Vogt once again proved himself as one of the top catch-and-shoot threats in the Class of 2028. He impressed at our event with his ability to make perimeter shots in a variety of ways. We saw him pick-and-pop, ghost into a pop, and spot up away from the ball as a floor spacer. Vogt was able to knockdown three-point shots from each of those spots. The 6’5″ guard from West Lafayette High School already possesses good positional size to match his shooting ability.
