Preseason All-State Prospect Rankings: 11-20

As we continue to move up and through the rankings, it should be clear that these are based on more on potential than current production. But all the the names mentioned have already proved they have the talent to be in the conversation. Here are prospects 11-20, in ascending order:   #20    Reid's rim-protection is his special skill, predicated on his ability to accurately and decisively use his hands inside the paint. So simply working on his off-ball movement and touch around the basket would go a long way toward his development into a two-way forward.    #19    Riley-Garlick is a strong combo guard, able to pass and rebound at high level on offense, as well as make impact plays as a help defender. Extending the range on his jumper would enhance his effectiveness off-the-catch.    #18    Despite some big offensive out-bursts a season ago, Briscoe remains an underrated shooter and a sound team defender. With that said, it would serve him (and his team) well to be even more confident off-the-catch from three.    #17    Although he's committed to Presbyterian to play baseball, Evans III has the fast-twitch movement skills to create instant paint-touches, play above the rim, and to make splash plays on defense. Learning and when to slow the game down will make him an even more clutch player.    #16    On top of being a physical playmaker who welcomes – and initiates – contact on O & D, Jackson-Dickson is wired the right way between the ears. As such, the biggest thing for him is being more vocal to get and keep his guy organized.    #15    Best when operating at the elbow and in the short corner, Williams is an efficient dribble/pass/shoot forward and tenacious rebounder on both ends. When he wants to, he can effectively challenge others at the rim due to his verticality and stout frame.    #14    Lane is both a well-rounded offensive player and a constant threat to go ballistic from beyond the arc. He's a more than capable defender, but he has the potential to be a problem (for the other team) once he learns how to use his physical tools versus ball-screens.    #13    Sullivan's quick, aggressive hands as a defender and ability to score on-ball and off- make him one of the best two-way prospects in Delaware. Already wired to make plays for others, his capacity to carry heavy usage on offense while wrecking shop on defense will be key.    #12    A forward with the potential to develop into a wing, Brennan stretches the floor and blocks shots. His handle is improving, so the next step for him is to effectively make decisions off-the-catch in a more featured role.    #11    Brown has the physical tools and skills to effect shots around the basket, play above the rim and space the floor horizontally. But, continuing to add strength will be essential to him absorbing contact as a rim-runner and low post defender.
