Thet became the biggest riser in the class as he catapulted 50 spots to No. 12 overall and the top power forward prospect in the local class. There just aren't too many prospect with Thet's size, length, fluidity, and untapped potential in the pool at this point and colleges are starting to take notice. The rising senior is poised for a big season at Springdale Prep and has received two recent offers in the the last eight days from Siena and Sacramento State. Norfolk State was the first program to pull the offer trigger on Bol back in the summer

Norcome made his way back to Mt. Zion Prep after a brief, but productive stint at Clinton Grace. The 6-foot-5 wing is a bruising physical presence who will be an extremely valuable utility guy for the Warriors this season as he's shown growth as an off-ball cutter, a more aggressive offensive rebounder, and continues to become a bigger downhill threat from the perimeter. Norcome made the jump from No. 22 to now into the top-20 where he sits at No. 17 overall.

Another prospect who vaulted into the top-20 was Lyons, who is coming off a productive summer with New World on the 3SSB circuit. Lyons' rise really began in June during the scholastic live period where his dynamic playmaking and ability to score it from all three levels within the flow took centerstage. As a result, Lyons' recruitment picked up, but the 6-foot-1 guard made a sound decision in closing things early after an official visit to Old Dominion where he committed to head coach Mike Jones and the Monarchs. Lyons jumped from 24 to No. 19 overall.

Barrett's bump is a result of the production he's consistently shown this fall with his new school in Archbishop Carroll. The 6-foot-8 hybrid forward played with [program_tooltip program_id='2077004' first='Team' last='Takeover'] on the EYBL circuit this summer and used that experience to set himself up for a big senior season alongside Vanderbilt commit Anthony Brown. Not only has Barrett polished his ability to operate off the bounce in short spurts, he's continued to sharpen his catch-and-shoot abilities and pose as a real threat from deep. His defensive tools shine the brightest with his blend of length, anticipation, and the mindset of rebounding out of his area to closeout possessions. Barrett received his first Division I offer from Howard and moved 19 spots up in the rankings to No. 19 overall.

Marshburn remains one of the more underappreciated and under recruited prospects in the Baltimore metro area. Given his size at 6-foot-6, his smooth shot-making prowess, and the intangibles that he can bring and further develop at the college level defensively, it surprises me that more scholarship programs aren't taking a close look. Time will tell, but he'll be a focal point for Glenelg Country this season as a primary offensive threat and given his consistency with [program_tooltip program_id='2450576' first='Team' last='Museum'] on the PRO16 circuit this summer, he received a bump from 46 to No. 41 overall in the latest update.
