Maybe the deepest position in the 2027 class is the wings. At The EXPO Illinois several of the top players at the position showed up and demonstrated how talented this group really is.

[player_tooltip player_id='2125659' first='Kristopher' last='Mporokoso'] 6'6 Waubonsie Valley 2027

Lefty wing with good size Mporokoso really developed his handle from the perimeter as he can get to the heart of defenses off the bounce. A very good shooter from standstill and on the move. Mporokoso had a couple of dunks off fastbreak leak outs that showed his athleticism.

[player_tooltip player_id='2499191' first='Rory' last='Haas'] 6'7 Lake Forest 2027

Haas is a plus shooter with college height and size. He has a quick release and can make shots with consistency over smaller defenders. At times he showed flashes of athleticism with open space. Rory is a small college prospect right now but could become a division two gem.

[player_tooltip player_id='2455373' first='Oturo' last='Redento'] 6'6 Glenbard North 2027

Redento is a versatile player who displayed that he can be effective on both sides of the ball. He affects the games with his wingspan and activity near and away from the ball. On offense he shoots it well from mid-range and three but is also crafty enough to get to the basket for layups and dunks with his handle. As a defender he can cover multiple positions and is a dependable rebounder for a wing. He has earned some interest from low D1 schools.

[player_tooltip player_id='2125642' first='Jarrel' last='Brown'] 6'6 Normal Community 2027

Jarrel is a skilled wing who can create plays for himself and others on the court. His size and frame are what colleges look for in a wing but his passing and ability to score the ball will drive schools to offer. Brown has recently picked up two schools since the camp. EIU and Western Michigan both offered the 2027 wing.

[player_tooltip player_id='2323617' first='Markese' last='Peoples'] 6'3 St. Laurence 2027

When most scouts talk about Peoples they say he's position less but I seem to always put him down as a wing prospect. He is strong around the basket but has the mechanics of a guard on the perimeter. Peoples gives all-out effort especially when it comes to creating off the dribble and powering through contact on the interior. The question is will this translate to the college level and I believe it will.

[player_tooltip player_id='2532358' first='Zaire' last='Green'] 6'3 Whitney Young 2027

Physically mature wing/guard who is a terrific defender and at times has to cover bigs on opposing teams. Green is a talented shooter on offense and at times he can put the ball on the deck and put his head down to get a bucket.

[player_tooltip player_id='2439327' first='Jalil' last='Amous'] 6'5 Lincoln Park 2026

The only senior on this list Amous is a player that's new to most but not me. He's always been a skilled wing player with size. Wide frame with mobility and touch on his shot. Jalil can attack with good ball and body control when driving lanes. He's an underrated passer as well. A potential juco standout who can elevate his stock when he adds strength.
