Division 2 commit has an effective inside out game. Stretched the defense when they didn’t commit on close outs and made them pay. Has touch from beyond the arc. Splashed in 3 treys at an efficient mark. Had one phase at the 7 minute mark in the 2nd quarter to pick for an elevator screen and then post up for catch and spray it back out but then replace to open corner 3 for a knock down. Textbook type movement for next level. Hands and feed are showing for catch and shoot opportunities. Can drive and finish through multiple defenders using length and height to advantage. Balanced with body control down low. Paced game high for 23.

Watched squads second game to end the showcase. A true big at the next level or a stretch 4. Has poised hands to go along with well established foot speed. Actively mobile on both ends. Went baseline for a 2 handed flush and coast to coast solo take for another throw down. Caught it on the wing for a triple threat swing through successful take in heavy traffic. Will fit in even keeled at the next level.

The Libertyville 6’8” center is one of the top post players in the state. He had a breakout spring with Breakaway where he elevated his game because of his ability to shoot the ball. Showed that in this setting as well knocking in several threes in the second half of the game we caught. Also showed off his ability to run the floor and finish in transition. In my eyes this is the most under recruited player in the state and its not close.
