There isn’t much you can dislike about Redento’s game. He has impressive mobility for his size with sound feel on both ends of the floor. In today’s action he provided value with setting on ball screens for a couple talented guards to work, cutting off the ball to open up the floor, and showed floor spacing ability to knock down shots from beyond the arc. His athleticism showed throughout with finishing multiple transition breakaway dunks and filling the open lane lines. Defensively he moves his feet quickly for positional size and has sound hands that compliment as well. Redento’s versatility to compete against shorter or taller bodies is another attribute that makes him an intriguing prospect to track with continued upside.

Size is the first thing that catches your eye with Redento, but his skill set quickly makes it clear there is much more to his game. A legitimate double-double threat, Redento brings a rare combination of size, skill, and versatility. He ran the floor well, handled the ball with confidence and knocked down big shots from beyond the arc, giving him legitimate versatility for his size. Redento consistently positioned himself near the rim for second-chance opportunities, while also showcasing a smooth jumper, three-point range and a polished free-throw stroke. His passing stood out as well, particularly his ability to hit teammates with long-range passes in transition. Definitely a top player to watch.

Redento is a PHI favorite!  What we love about his game is the versatility and stat sheet stuffing.  He can play a number of positions and fit in a variety of different lineups.  Long and lanky wing is a plus defender being able to check ones through fours with his athletic and physical tools.  High level passer as a connective guy that makes those around him better each and every time out.  Smooth handles and shot it well from three when we saw him.
