-Really liked the activity and versatility on display from the rising senior in a nice team win in OT over Gonzaga. Duncan did a phenomenal job extending possessions on the glass as a strong rebounder that extended a ton of possessions for the Lions. Duncan did an excellent job of carving out space and being in the right spot for offensive boards, impressing with his ability to finish in traffic with a ton of guards chipping down to try to swipe away steals. Duncan also showed an ability to put the ball on the floor and find opportunities to kick to teammates for open looks on rolls to the rim.

-Really liked what I saw from the rising junior as a dynamic wing prospect that worked really hard at both ends of the floor to make winning plays for his team. He hits the glass hard, uses a strong frame to bounce off would-be defenders on his drives to the rim, and showed that he is willing to do the dirty work (screening, moving without the ball, chasing down 50/50 balls, defending multiple positions) for his team. He knocked down an open 3, scored on a physical drive to the rim, and finished in the paint with several floaters and touch shots after snagging offensive boards. Looking forward to seeing him again this season and will definitely include him in our next rankings update.

-Really liked the defensive activity that I saw from Jones in this one as an undersized wing that took pride in flying around defensively to make an impact for his Severn team. Jones played with a ton of energy on the glass, picked his spots offensively to attack the rim off the bounce, and rotated well to block or contest shots around the rim. Jones understands his role and plays within himself as a wing that will unselfishly do the dirty work that adds up to wins. Should be in for a bigger role for a Severn team that should make some noise in the MIAA thias season.

-I've seen Wright play a few times within the past few months and this weekend was by far the best that I've seen him play as a rising junior that should have an opportunity to carve out a role for himself this year with DeMatha. Wright came off the bench and immediately got after it at the defensive end of the floor to force turnovers in their fullcourt press to help DM put the game away. Wright also affected the game on the glass to give his team a few extra possessions while also impacting the game as a rebounder/finisher in the key. Looking forward to seeing what role he is able to carve out to boost his stock and recruitment this season.

-Miller quite literally jumps off the screen as an athletic wing prospect with a ton of upside. Miller's flashes as a play-finisher around the rim, dynamic rebounder, and versatile defender make him a tantalizing physical prospect to track in the 2028 class. Love the intensity and aggressiveness that he plays with-- especially on the glass as a rebounder that isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. Interested to see how much perimeter skill Miller adds over the next three years, although he has a decent skillbase as a wing capable of putting it on the floor to drive past other wings/forwards.

-Nuńez will likely debut pretty high in our initial rankings for the 2029 class because of the mixture of current productivity and long-term upside as a prospect. Harlem is a dynamic athlete with long arms and a motor that runs hot in every environment that he competes in on a consistent basis. He's capable of knocking down an open jumper and taking his matchup off the bounce but I think he will carve out a role for himself this season as a switchable defender that will also clean the glass and play his role on a team that has a ton of scoring power. We're expecting big things out of the lefty as he steps into his freshman season hungry to prove his value as a prospect.

-Didn't have his best offensive performance but he contributed on the glass and at the defensive end of the floor to put a lid on the rim in stretches for the Lions. Thet consistently brings the defensive effort to lock down the paint but also is a gazelle running the floor in transition after outletting to a guard. He hit a C+S jumper from the perimeter, face cut down the middle of the key before receiving a laser pace and dunking it home, and constantly put pressure on the defense to get back in transition to prevent thunderous 2-handed dunks. Thet recently completed a visit at Norfolk State and should have suitors to choose from at the end of the year as a dynamic roll threat that can consistently give a team good minutes as the anchor of a defense. Fully expect him to continue rapidly climbing our rankings as a he proves his value to his team.
