Who are the top three pieces returning for all of the teams in Section 5AAAA? We have you those 24 names for you now!

Champlin Park

[player_tooltip player_id='2126450' first='Gavin' last='Walter'] (2027, Hoop Habits). Walter did a lot of handling last year as a sophomore, he earned several offers as a 16u player this spring and summer, and he is the top returning Rebels scorer at nine points a contest.

[player_tooltip player_id='1560760' first='Kyler' last='Pust'] (2026, Minnesota Gold). Pust is a quick attacking guard that had a good 17u season and he will step right into a bigger playmaking role next to Walter. Pust scored 8.5 points a game last season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1560756' first='Pierless' last='Davis'] (2026, Minnesota Gold). Davis scored a basket a game as a junior moving into that 7th/8th man role last winter after the holidays. Davis should have a much bigger role as a senior.

Irondale

[player_tooltip player_id='2120494' first='Cameron' last='Cramble'] (2026, [program_tooltip program_id='2075672' first='Minnesota' last='Fury']). Cramble averaged 12 points and 8.5 rebounds a game last winter shooting 56 plus percent from the field. Cramble should be a double-double averaging active post worker that should be one of the better uncommitted players of size in his class.

[player_tooltip player_id='2436925' first='Mason' last='Broussard'] (2026, Minnesota Crossfire). The 6'7 Broussard averaged six points and seven boards a game last year and had a nice 17u season with the Crossfire. A 205 pound player that will join with Cramble giving the Knights a big front line.

[player_tooltip player_id='1947991' first='Fisher' last='Killins'] (2026, Minnesota Crossfire). Killins is an attack minded player that is the top returning guard for the Knights. He scored just under six points a game last season and he played with Broussard with the Crossfire this 17u season.

Maple Grove

[player_tooltip player_id='2126467' first='Baboucarr' last='Ann'] (2027, [program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota']). Ann scored 15 points a game last winter as a sophomore as an all around player that led his team to state. Ann is making the push to be the top player in his class in Minnesota and he played up at 17u with [program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota'].

[player_tooltip player_id='1960892' first='Henry' last='Knutson'] (2026, [program_tooltip program_id='2075672' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] Reyes). Henry was the third leading scorer for MG last year at just over ten points a game shooting at 38.3 percent from the arc. Henry also averaged eight rebounds and a couple assists a game as a 6'4 forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='2126442' first='Bennett' last='Cizadlo'] (2027, [program_tooltip program_id='2075672' first='Minnesota' last='Fury']). Bennett sat out last varsity season a year ago because of his transfer but he did play junior varsity and the skilled 6'6 player should step right into a starting role for the Crimson. He was an all State 16u player for the Fury.

Mounds View

[player_tooltip player_id='2140552' first='Andrew' last='Aitkin'] (2027, [program_tooltip program_id='2075674' first='Minnesota' last='Heat']). Andrew is the only player from Mounds View that I can tell that played varsity last season at any point in a close game that wasn't a senior. From what I can see the Mustangs lost their top ten players in terms of time on the floor. Aitkin is a 6'2 guard that played well with the Heat and had a good sophomore year on JV.

[player_tooltip player_id='2140688' first='Rylan' last='Happel'] (2027, [program_tooltip program_id='2075674' first='Minnesota' last='Heat']). Another standout on the Mustangs JV and on the top [program_tooltip program_id='2075674' first='Minnesota' last='Heat'] 16u team was [player_tooltip player_id='2140688' first='Rylan' last='Happel']. A 5'11 guard that shoots it very well and is tough to keep in front.

Connor Crosby (2027). Crosby is the lone other returning player for the Mustangs that scored a varsity basket a season ago. Connor was with a host of quality sophomores on last year's junior varsity.

Osseo

[player_tooltip player_id='2575651' first='Quincy' last='Johnson'] (2026, Team FSA). At 6'2 [player_tooltip player_id='2575651' first='Quincy' last='Johnson'] is a player that I could see having a breakout here earning his praise as a quality senior scorer. He put up 11.4 points per game for Osseo as a junior and had a good 17u season as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='2126472' first='Owen' last='Counce'] (2027, [program_tooltip program_id='2075485' first='Gain' last='Elite']). Owen scored 8.5 points a game as the Osseo lead guard a season ago and then moved over to [program_tooltip program_id='2075485' first='Gain' last='Elite'] and had an all State 16u season there. There are a lot of Terrance Brown hints to his game, I am not saying Owen will be a D1 player but at 5'11 I think he could be a D3 version or maybe even a D2 version as he continues to improve.

[player_tooltip player_id='2865152' first='Daniel' last='Hatlestad'] (2026, Minnesota Crossfire). A six foot guard that was the Osseo 10th man a season ago and a player that did well on JV as well. Daniel should step in and make this a deep Osseo backcourt as he had a nice summer at Breakdown events and playing well at some camps.

Park Center

[player_tooltip player_id='2524650' first='Kwatamah' last='Silikpoh'] (2027, [program_tooltip program_id='2075431' first='D1' last='Minnesota']). The tough, speedy, nearly impossible to keep in front guard left Champlin Park last winter after competing as their second leading scorer, and then was with Park Center at the end of the year (on their bench, he didn't play after the transfer). Should be a two year Park Center star.

[player_tooltip player_id='2418241' first='Joseph' last='Jacobs'] (2027). A six foot guard that scored 3.6 points a game last year off the Pirates bench. With graduation and transfer opening up spots, Jacobs should be able to have a key role this winter.

DaRoyce Mills (2026). Mills joined Jacobs in being that 7th/8th man for Park Center last year scoring 3.1 points a game and now his role should be heightened as he looks to be the team's top senior.

Roseville

Micah Wiscus (2027). Micah used his perimeter touch and crafty play to score 12 points a game as a sophomore. As the main weapon for the Raiders we expect Micah to have a big junior season.

Carter Bloomquist (2026). The 6th man and top returning Roseville big scored four points a game last year and he's also one of the better golfers in the state as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='2399409' first='Wayne' last='McGriff'] (2026). A 220 pound football standout that was the only other Roseville player on the varsity roster that we can see that wasn't a senior last season. Wayne did see some varsity rotational time at a few pints of last season.

Spring Lake Park

[player_tooltip player_id='1560865' first='Nolan' last='Myren'] (2026, [program_tooltip program_id='2075672' first='Minnesota' last='Fury'] DeLo). Myren is a 6'3 guard that scored 20 points per game last season and then was a key reason Fury DeLo won 30 games. Myren is a player that we think can take another step and go from 17u all state to Class AAAA all state.

[player_tooltip player_id='1560768' first='Colin' last='Welch'] (2026, [program_tooltip program_id='2075672' first='Minnesota' last='Fury']). Welch scored 11 points a game as a junior guard, played with the Fury, but also plays baseball and football. One of the busier athletes in his class and a key reason we think Spring Lake Park could find their way into the top ten this entire.

[player_tooltip player_id='2126461' first='Cal' last='Spencer'] (2027, [program_tooltip program_id='2075310' first='Northstar' last='Titans']). A sharp shooter that scored eight points a game last year as a sophomore and followed that up with a good shooter year with the Titans helping them be a top 16u team in Minnesota.
