Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase – 8 Players to Watch, Part 3

Arguably the best event that we put on every year, over 100 of the state's best incoming freshmen will put their talent on display in front of our team of scouts. This is, for the most part, our first look at the Class of 2029. The 6'6" forward was very effective this summer on the Jr. EYBL Circuit for Meanstreets 14u and we had the opportunity to see him play down at the Indiana University Team Camp in June. Clowers fits that description at North Posey High School as a skilled guard that should factor into the equation at the varsity level sooner rather than later. However, that is the beauty of the Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase. Dudley is a skilled guard with some ball handling and shot-making ability. The 5'9" guard has shown flashes of being able to play both on and off of the ball as a versatile playmaker in the backcourt. He can break down his man in one-on-one situations and makes good decisions once he gains an advantage going downhill. Lee is a skilled 6'1" wing that presents some matchup issues for opponents. He is skilled enough to drive it on bigger defenders but has a level of strength and physicality that is hard for guards his age to handle. He is a long, fluid guard that will likely put up some very big scoring numbers at Class 1A Henryville. Wallace, a 6'3" hybrid wing/forward, certainly checks a lot of boxes in that regard. He has the requisite length and fluid athleticism to be a player down the road for Lawrence North High School.
