Camden Clowers Camden Clowers 6'1" | 170 lbs | PG North Posey | 2029 IN is an unorthodox left handed guard that takes what the defense gives him and takes care of the ball. Love his ability to get two feet paint and create looks for himself and others. Not the most athletic player, but has a quick first step, plays on balance well, and absorbs contact on his drive while finishing well around the basket. Capable shooter with a clean stroke, but is best when he is in attack mode. Started as a freshman for the Vikings and should be in position to have a big year for an improved North Posey team.

A player that I thought really competed for Team Four at the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp was Camden Clowers Camden Clowers 6'1" | 170 lbs | PG North Posey | 2029 IN of North Posey HS. Clowers is a 6’1″ guard who plays with a tough motor and was really strong at taking his defender off the dribble. He is a very competitive player in the backcourt.

Another standout from Hoop Club 15u that had a lot of success throughout the spring and summer, Clowers is one that we really look forward to hosting at the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp. The 6’1″ guard from North Posey High School is a talented perimeter player that is good both and off of the ball. He can serve as a primary playmaker or a scorer.

One of the younger prospects at the camp, North Posey 2029 G Camden Clowers Camden Clowers 6'1" | 170 lbs | PG North Posey | 2029 IN showed why he’s one of the top 2029 guards on the Southwest Indiana. Showed his ability to get to his spots in the half court while staying on balance. He plays through contact and showed his craftiness around the rim when finishing. Oozes with confidence with the ball on his hands. The jump shot is a work in progress, but has a smooth lefty stroke that he elevates well into.

One of the 2029 prospects I came away intrigued by is 6’1″ guard Camden Clowers Camden Clowers 6'1" | 170 lbs | PG North Posey | 2029 IN from North Posey High School. A long and lanky prospect, he projects to be a versatile player capable of developing an inside-out game. In the game I watched, he had a particularly impressive block on the defensive end.

There seems to have been an influx of talent down in southern Indiana in these last couple of incoming classes. Clowers fits that description at North Posey High School as a skilled guard that should factor into the equation at the varsity level sooner rather than later. We are looking forward to seeing him further in early September at the Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase.
