Whether you like it or not, transfers are a part high school basketball at this point. Some are obviously due to legitimate reasons. However, others are often motivated by athletic reasons. The IHSAA recently passed what, for all intents and purposes, is a one-time transfer rule which has made this off-season busier than ever. We here at Prep Hoops Indiana have no real dog in the fight in terms of the transfer epidemic and do not intend to play one side of the issues or the other. Our job is to simply evaluate the prospects. Where they go to school is of no real concern to us. Now that school is back in session and the dust has, mostly, settled let's take a class-by-class look at the impact transfers heading into the 2025-2026 season. We will now dive into the Class of 2026.

An excellent three-point shooter, Bryan has averaged 7.3 points per game each of the last two seasons for very successful Northview High School teams. As a senior he will suit up for Terre Haute South and will be in a position to be one of their go-to offensive weapons. He is a solid under-the-radar college prospect coming off of a big summer.

Davis was a major varsity contributor for very good Bishop Luers teams the last two seasons. He averaged 8.3 points per game as a sophomore and then 7.0 points per game as a junior for one of the top Class 2A teams in the state. Now the 5'9" guard will take his talents to Whitko High School for his senior season. He has made 97 three-point shots at a 40% clip over the last two seasons.

A very athletic guard that relentlessly attacks the basket, Jackson was one of the top scorers at the Class 1A level among those that share statistics on MaxPreps. Jackson averaged 22.2 points per game for Westville High School and should once again put up big numbers this winter. It will be good for college programs to be able to see Jackson at the Class 4A level this year for Michigan City High School.

This talented guard is back at Fishers High School, where he started his career, after a stint at Lawrence Central. L'homme will factor into the Tigers' backcourt this season as a senior and is a solid under-the-radar prospect for small college programs to consider. He is an athletic playmaker with some perimeter shooting ability to keep the defense honest.

We really liked the way this rising senior big man played with Arsenal Tech High School at the Charlie Hughes Showcase in June. He was consistently active around the basket, heavily involved in the rebounding efforts, and was an impactful interior defender. Lollis had spent his career at Warren Central High School prior to this transfer to Tech. Small college programs in need of a 5-man should give him a look.

This big man who is a Division I prospect both on the gridiron and the hardwood is transferring from La Lumiere to Bishop Luers for his senior season. At 6'8″-6'9″ with a massive, strong frame he will be a load to handle at the Class 2A level and should immediately be one of the best players in the Fort Wayne area.
