One of the more impressive Stock Boosters this summer, Ragland continued to play at a high level for Brown Deer in Plymouth. A speedy point guard who is aggressive with the ball in his hands, Ragland loves to attack the basket with his speed, strength and skill. He can finish through contact or above the rim in transition, and also does a great job of drawing fouls. Ragland averaged 5.6 foul shots per game as a junior at Brown Deer. His perimeter shot is a work in progress, but he seems to have improved his accuracy from deep, which will make him doubly difficult to guard during his senior year with the Falcons.

Skill, size and physical strength. You notice all three when you watch Jones, one of the better returning scorers in the state after pumping in 23.5 points per outing for Brown Deer as a junior. Jones is a strong 6-foot-3 wing prospect with very deep shooting range. He can knock down three-point shots with the best of them. Consider he made six triples in outings against two of the state's better teams last winter -- Milwaukee Academy of Science and West Allis Central. In Plymouth, Jones again dropped shots from deep, but he also scored off the bounce. Jones is a solid rebounder on both ends of the floor as well.

Kimberly played four intense games in Plymouth, beating Sheboygan South and Northwestern while dropping close games to Whitefish Bay and Oostburg. Pleau was the Papermakers' best player in all four games. An aggressive, strong and skilled combination guard, Pleau got to the basket on a regular basis. He has a quick burst that usually allows him to get past his defender and when bigs rotate over to stop his progress, Pleau is able to score through contact due to his physical strength. Pleau averaged 4.9 ppg as a junior for a senior-dominated Kimberly squad, but he looks like a double-figure scorer for first-year Kimberly coach Kam Cerroni as a senior.

Do not leave Kubsch open. If you do, he will make a three-point basket on you. And if you get too close as a defender, he'll zip around you for a floater in the lane. Kubsch scored at a very high level for Manitowoc Lincoln in Plymouth. His showed that his shooting range extends well beyond the three-point arc, and he used his quick release to get up shots in a hurry. The results are usually good as he made at least 40 percent of his triple attempts for the Ships. Kubsch had a strong junior campaign for coach Shane Evans, averaging 10.5 ppg. He appears poised to increase that total as a senior as he has complimented his stellar long-distance shooting with the ability to get into the lane for short jumpers and floaters.

Bleimehl caught the attention of several collegiate coaches attending the WBY Tournament in Plymouth as he was one of the better performers for coach Freddie Riley and Menomonee Falls. His physical strength, aggressiveness and relentless pursuit of pathways to the basket to either score or pass to a teammate were impressive. He is one of the key returning players for the Phoenix along with seniors classmates [player_tooltip player_id='1874952' first='Anthony' last='Ness'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2381464' first='Logan' last='Rouse']. And, after averaging 4.6 ppg as a junior, Bleimehl looks to be ready to take on an increased role for his team as they compete in the rugged Greater Metro Conference.

Most definitely a player to monitor over the next couple of seasons, Zavatchin is a sturdy 6-foot-5 wing prospect who can make three-point shots, go inside to score over smaller defenders and rebound at a solid level. His size, mobility and versatility are all very impressive. He had a strong freshman campaign for Oostburg, averaging 7.3 ppg. Zavatchin's older brother, senior forward [player_tooltip player_id='2117025' first='Jamison' last='Zavatchin'], also is a key returning player for the Flying Dutchmen. The brothers are home schooled, but live in the Oostburg district and thus are able to play for coach Kevin Bruggink's program. With both Zavatchin's and senior point guard [player_tooltip player_id='1970502' first='Cade' last='Dirkse'] in the lineup, Oostburg figures to be one of the better Division 3 teams in Wisconsin. The Flying Dutchmen went 4-0 and were impressive in each outing in Plymouth.

Long and skilled, Pedrin combines his size and shooting with impressive athleticism. He can drill three-point shots and also get to the rim for a thunderous dunk. He has grown a bit since last year and figures to be one of the elite performers in the newly formed Glacier Trails Conference this winter. Pedrin is coming off a junior campaign where he averaged 11.2 ppg for coach Jesse Shaw. Quick off his feet for rebounds and blocked shots, Pedrin scored at a much higher level in Plymouth as he easily reached double figures in each outing for the Redwings. Pedrin and 6-foot-7 teammate [player_tooltip player_id='2404334' first='Nolan' last='Groh'] combine to give Sheboygan South a potent one-two scoring punch along its frontline.

Currently ranked No. 23 in the state for prospects in the class of 2028, Miskel figures to move up when the Prep Hoops Wisconsin Player Rankings are updated later this month. His basketball instincts, skill and endless energy were all impressive for Whitefish Bay in Plymouth. Miskel is very good in transition as he makes the right play almost every time. He's also steady in the half court with his ball handling, passing and shooting. Miskel is playing up an age group of the club circuit with [program_tooltip program_id='2076501' first='Chapman' last='Basketball Academy'] and he excelled against players a year older all spring. Miskel, [player_tooltip player_id='2500873' first='Marcus' last='Webb'], [player_tooltip player_id='2140905' first='Colin' last='Julien'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2932241' first='Jack' last='Broderson'] give Whitefish Bay coach Ryan Fiet a rock-solid nucleus to build around for the 2025-26 season.

Score 35 points against Kimberly and you'll get noticed. That's exactly what Kroll did in Plymouth as the bouncy wing prospect was a tough cover with his ability to score from outside the arc, off the dribble and from the foul line. His quick first step kept defenders off balance and when he got past one opponent, he was able to rise up over a rotating defender with his impressive verticality. Kroll also was able to score well in transition as he got up and down the court exceptionally well. Kroll averaged 15.3 ppg as a sophomore and has cemented his status as one of the top class of 2027 prospects in northern Wisconsin.
