About Mace
Expert Analysis
Max Wagner | Prep Hoops Scout
Mace created a countless number of open looks for his teammates against Menomonee Falls. The sophomore point guard is lightning quick with the ball in his hands, and was consistently getting into dangerous areas on the floor. Mace was able to establish two feet in the paint, force the defense to collapse, and then either kick it out to an open shooter or dump it off to one of his bigs. If the defense didn’t react quick enough, Mace showed the body control to finish inside at 5’11. He finished the game with 22 points and 5 assists.

Miskel is a standout prospect out of Whitefish Bay who brought a steady offensive presence to Team 1. He excelled as both a scorer and secondary ball handler. His quickness and understanding of angles in the pick-and-roll allowed him to create efficient looks. The midrange was his sweet spot, where he rose for pull-ups before help could rotate. With his ability to generate shots on his own, Miskel became a trusted perimeter option throughout camp.

Currently ranked No. 23 in the state for prospects in the class of 2028, Miskel figures to move up when the Prep Hoops Wisconsin Player Rankings are updated later this month. His basketball instincts, skill and endless energy were all impressive for Whitefish Bay in Plymouth. Miskel is very good in transition as he makes the right play almost every time. He’s also steady in the half court with his ball handling, passing and shooting. Miskel is playing up an age group of the club circuit with
Chapman Basketball Academy
and he excelled against players a year older all spring. Miskel,
