Look out below! Ragland is a dynamic lead guard who excels in transition with his speed and quickness. And once he gets to the basket, he’s likely to rise up for a crowd-pleasing dunk. Defensively, Ragland has the determination, athleticism and strength to make life miserable for opponents. The returning second-team all-Woodland East Conference performer averaged 2.6 steals per game as a junior. Ragland finds the basket in a lot of different ways, but is at his best in the open court or breaking down a defense with his shiftiness and burst in the half court.

One of the more impressive Stock Boosters this summer, Ragland continued to play at a high level for Brown Deer in Plymouth. A speedy point guard who is aggressive with the ball in his hands, Ragland loves to attack the basket with his speed, strength and skill. He can finish through contact or above the rim in transition, and also does a great job of drawing fouls. Ragland averaged 5.6 foul shots per game as a junior at Brown Deer. His perimeter shot is a work in progress, but he seems to have improved his accuracy from deep, which will make him doubly difficult to guard during his senior year with the Falcons.
