We were able to watch a lot of basketball during our Wednesday through Sunday stay in Rock Hill. Between 3SSB and Adidas Gold play there were 24 teams that were either based out of Indiana or featured an Indiana based prospect. Over the course of five days we travelled to five different venues in and around the Rock Hill, South Carolina area in order to provide unparalleled coverage of the Hoosier state which included being able to watch 21 of those 24 teams in person. Now that the dust has settled, let's take a look back at the week and highlight some of the Indiana prospects who may not have gotten much attention yet in our write-ups.

We watched [program_tooltip program_id='2400000' first='Indiana' last='Elite Team Indiana'] 15u on Wednesday pick up a win over a 3SSB team in impressive fashion. Bode, a versatile 6'5" forward from Hamilton Southeastern High School was a big reason for that victory and continued to have a great weekend/weekend in Rock Hill. The rising sophomore finished the weekend averaging 8.2 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per game. It will be interesting to see if he can earn some minutes for what should be a very good HSE team this coming season.

It would be very hard to find a guard who had a better weekend shooting the basketball in Rock Hill than this 5'10" guard from [program_tooltip program_id='2400093' first='Indiana' last='Elite Team Tradition'] 16u. We watched Gore pour it in from beyond the arc in an impressive win over a 3SSB opponent on Wednesday and his hot outside shooting continued throughout the week/weekend. Gore averaged 8.7 points per game while shooting 15-22 from three-point range. That type of shot-making will turn some heads especially when it comes against this level of competition.

Prep Hoops Indiana made the trip to a local High School in the greater Rock Hill area to watch 502 Elite 17u in order to see Floyd Central High School rising senior [player_tooltip player_id='2272819' first='Carter' last='McQuigg']. The 6'5" forward displayed impressive athleticism at his size. He consistently crashed the offensive glass with success, attacked closeouts from the perimeter, and finished well up around the rim. McQuigg averaged 10.3 points and 3.3 rebounds per game over the course of the week/weekend for 502 Elite.

[player_tooltip player_id='1561071' first='Mason' last='Miller'] can flat out score the basketball. We just watched him play very well at the Adidas Invitational and now he lit it up from beyond the arc at the Adidas Gold East Championship. The rising senior point guard from New Castle High school averaged 22.0 points per game for [program_tooltip program_id='2400093' first='Indiana' last='Elite Team Tradition'] 17u and made, on average, four three-point shots per game. His ability to shoot it in from beyond the arc is what has small college coaches very interested in him as a prospect.

With a couple of Division I prospects leading the way on Indiana Basketball Club, some of the other guys can fly a bit under-the-radar. Sego, the team's point guard, is one of those guys. He handled the ball very well throughout the week/weekend while playing against 3SSB competition, shot it well from beyond the arc, and was a key piece of his team's success. The rising senior at Triton Central High School finished the event averaging 8.8 pints and 2.2 assists per game while shooting 6-14 from three-point range. Sego will be one of the top small college point guard prospects throughout his senior season.

Indiana Elite 17u picked up [player_tooltip player_id='1561435' first='Julien' last='Smith'] to fill in in the backcourt and he ended up starting games, playing crunch time, and bringing real value to their team as they finished third place at the 3SSB Palmetto Road Championship. The rising senior guard from Cathedral High School did a great job of handling the ball and providing excellent on-ball defense while also making some outside shots. He finished the weekend averaging 5.3 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 3.3 assists while shooting 9-17 from three-point range. Smith continues to produce consistently regardless of the setting or competition level.

The physical and athletic tools of this rising senior prospect from Lawrence Central High School jump off of the floor at you first. Stephens fit in very well at the 3SSB Palmetto Road Championship in Rock Hill while playing against a high-level of competition. He was able to elevate and rebound consistently, score it up above the rim in transition, and create havoc defensively. He finished the week/weekend averaging 7.8 points and 4.2 rebounds per game for [program_tooltip program_id='2076924' first='EG10' last=''] 17u.
