It is hard to describe just how explosively athletic Julien Smith Julien Smith 6'0" | PG Indianapolis Cathedral | 2026 State IN is until you actually watch him on the basketball floor. The sub-6’0″ guard can play well above the rim as he showed by grabbing six offensive rebounds and providing legitimate rim protection at times. He finished with 21 points to lead all scorers in the game along with 9 rebounds as Cathedral defeated New Haven 71-61.

The Mount St. Mary’s Point Guard Commit was outstanding in both games that I saw him at the Banterra Bank Warriors Showcase. He impacts the game on both ends of the floor in multiple ways. Has the ability to play on or off the ball as a scorer or facilitator. Shooting a staggering 44% from three on the year, h has good elevation in his jump shot and his shot preparation is always in balance.
