Cathedral was spreading the wealth in terms of giving plenty of guys opportunities to play minutes, but whenever Kennedy had the ball in his hands it seemed like something good happened. One play really stood out as he explosively split a ballscreen and then athletically finished through contact up near the rim. The 5’10” guard is one of the top prospects in Indiana’s Class of 2029.

One of the top freshmen guards in Indiana, Kennedy had another standout weekend for Progeny UAA 15u at the Havoc in the Heartland. His scoring chops as a primary ball handler have continued to impress us this spring. He can get to any spot on the floor, score in a variety of ways, and has a real burst of athleticism when finishing around the basket which is required for a 5’11” guard. The Cathedral High School product is definitely one to watch in the current freshman class.

He is a part of the Progeny 15U team that will be competing on the UAA circuit this weekend. Kennedy is a 5’11 guard that is an explosive, playmaking guard that knows how score and create around him. This could be a huge weekend for him as far as getting some notice early in his AAU career.

Kennedy is a explosive, playmaking guard that knows how score and create around him. This weekend, he will be in action on Friday at 9:45 PM, and Saturday at 11:45 AM and 4:45 PM.

Kennedy came on strong late in the season for Cathedral and ended up playing a big role in their Class 3A State Championship win as a freshman. The explosive 5’11” playmaking point guard has had a great start to the spring as well playing with Progeny UAA 15u. He is really solidifying himself as one of the top guards in Indiana’s Class of 2029.
