The Indiana High School Basketball season has, somehow, already been over for a month now. We are fully into the swing of the grassroots season and are just a few weeks away from the first spring live evaluation period. However, before things got too far in the rearview mirror we did want to culminate our post season awards with our official Prep Hoops Indiana Player of the Year and All-State teams.

It isn't often that you see a player lead his team in all five major statistical categories. That is even more impressive when you consider the success that Princeton Community had this season. They went 23-4 and reached the Class 3A South Semi-State. Holmes, an unsigned senior prospect, averaged 15.0 points, 9.1 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 2.4 steals, and 1.2 blocks per game. His versatility makes him such an interesting prospect for the next level.

There were two teams who dominated Class 3A from start to finish this season. Silver Creek and Cathedral. Hunter was the point guard and engine of the team averaging 12.0 points, 5.9 rebounds, and a state-leading 10.5 assists per game. He is a highly sought after Class of 2027 prospect.

It makes sense that players from Cathedral and Silver Creek are littered across the First Team. That is how good those two programs were this season.
