Team Tradition was a bit short-handed on the weekend, but Gore stepped up and played at a high level on the UA Rise Circuit. Already well known as a sharpshooter from three-point range, the guard from Zionsville High School showed off his ball handling and overall playmaking ability during the live period. He finished the weekend averaging 16.7 points per game and dished out five assists in Team Tradition’s matchup on Sunday. Definitely one to watch for small college programs.

One of the tougher guard I saw over the weekend at Run N Slam was Rylan Gore from Zionsville. Gore is a smaller guard is not afraid to go at the bigger defenders and is skilled enough to be a playmaker, as well. He is also capable of lighting it up from deep if he is given the opportunity to get hot. One of the better under-the-radar guard I got a chance to watch.

The Zionsville product is one of the top shooters in the state. The sharp shooting combo guard has a quick trigger with deep range as well as the ability to play on the ball and create for others. Plays with really good feel on the offensive end while competing on the defensive end. Plays on a talented team with other playmakers allowing him to get open looks and once he gets going, he’s tough to stop.

There will be a lot of new faces stepping up onto the scene at the varsity level for Zionsville High School this winter. Gore will certainly be one of them. In fact, he is one of the few returning players with some variety experience. He had a very good summer and is proving himself as one of the top shooting threats in the area. His ability to handle the ball and stretch the floor should make him among the go-to offensive players for the Eagles this season.

We had the opportunity to watch Gore shoot the lights out in Rock Hill, South Carolina as Indiana Elite Team Tradition 16u qualified for the 3SSB Championship. The 5’10” guard looks ready to step into a role within the Zionsville High School backcourt this coming season as a consistent outside shot-maker. He gets his attempts off in a hurry, has shown the ability to make them on the move, and is a good enough to ball handler to create separation for shots that way as well. Anytime you can put pressure on the defense from well beyond the arc it will eventually make you an intriguing prospect. Gore is on his way to becoming just that.

It would be very hard to find a guard who had a better weekend shooting the basketball in Rock Hill than this 5’10” guard from Indiana Elite Team Tradition 16u. We watched Gore pour it in from beyond the arc in an impressive win over a 3SSB opponent on Wednesday and his hot outside shooting continued throughout the week/weekend. Gore averaged 8.7 points per game while shooting 15-22 from three-point range. That type of shot-making will turn some heads especially when it comes against this level of competition.

Rylon Gore Rylon Gore 6'0" | PG Zionsville | 2027 State IN can flat out shoot the basketball. The 5’10” guard came in off of the bench and started his score off with a tough floater over the biggest kid on the floor for One Time Legends 16u. He then ended the first half with a catch-and-shoot three-point shot. However, he was far from done. He knocked in three more triples in the second half including an impressive side-step three off of the dribble while moving to his left. Gore ended up leading a balanced scoring attack with 14 points for Indiana Elite Team Tradition 16u.

Without Mitchell and Snively this Zionsville team will look a little different in the scoring column. However, they had plenty of success with their new look, primarily featuring a talented junior class, as they went 4-0 at the Charlie Hughes Showcase. Gore, a knockdown shooter from three-point range, poured in 21 points, on seven three-point shots, to lead the Eagles to victory on Sunday over Mooresville.
