He was poised under pressure, had good leadership traits, and above all else, won a lot of basketball games.

He was one of Maine's top scorers and was lethal in transition or with the ball in his hands. He always had his eyes up the floor and showed good vision in the half-court as a playmaker. Defensively, few players created as many turnovers as he did.

He operated a lot with the basketball in his hands and did a nice job of making plays when he got into the paint.

The Maine Player of the Year, Davis took over for Falmouth down the stretch, leading them to a state championship. With multiple 40+ point games in the playoffs, Davis took over as a scorer in the final weeks of the season. A plus athlete with a strong frame, the lefty had the ability to score at multiple levels, but was really impressive in transition and when he could get downhill off the bounce. His activity level helped him on the defensive end where he generated plenty of turnovers.
