Cretin-Derham Hall 14-0 (1)

CDH is made up of the big 3, [player_tooltip player_id='1310206' first='Tommy' last='Ahneman'], Joseph Mitchell, and [player_tooltip player_id='2126094' first='Ty' last='Schlagel']. I wrote about them as a Trio here. On Tuesday versus Stillwater Schlagel and Mitchell combined for 56 points in a 3 point victory.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s4tP0xgpRRs

Monteff Dixon Jr - Dixon is a powerful, athletic six-foot-five-inch forward for the Raiders who's averaging 10.7 points (59.8% FG), 4.5 assists and 2.4 steals. Dixon caught 700 yards and 6 TDs on the football field this year showing he's not just a big guy, but runs and cuts very well. His ability to rack up assists makes him a very underrated passer. He's good on the move so screening and cutting to the rim is high efficient play for CDH.

Dre Frierson-Hollie - The 2027 six-foot-six-inch sophomore is another athlete in the interior and on the wing for CDH. Long and tall Frierson-Hollie runs the floor well and another solid at the rim finisher. That length and quickness combination makes Frierson-Hollie a solid player defending the rim as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='2126154' first='Julian' last='Smith'] 2027 five–foot-nine-inch guard gives the Raiders a floor spreader when teams are clogging up the lane. Once he gets the shot going he piles up the makes like his 4 3-pointers made versus Totino-Grace in his 17 point outburst.

Prospect to keep an eye on: [player_tooltip player_id='2397796' first='Judah' last='Mitchell'] five-foot-eight-inch freshman guard

Tartan 14-0 (4)

Tartan led by Duo [player_tooltip player_id='2103366' first='Cedric' last='Banks'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2560499' first='Kevin' last='Wilson Jr.'] I wrote about them last week in Part 2 of Dynamic Duo's series.

https://twitter.com/FreshCoastHoops/status/1869130882113785872

[player_tooltip player_id='2560458' first='Emmanuel' last='Oyesanmi'] - Oyesanmi is a six-foot-four-inch 2028 freshman wing. Oyesanmi has shown more and more he can make outside shots as he's improved a lot since last summer. His potential is growing as a ball handler will make him even more dangerous offensively to go with his transition skills. Defensively his size, speed, athleticism and length make nights difficult for many opponents.

https://www.instagram.com/freshcoasthoops/reel/DDqgo5Pxj1p/

East Ridge 9-5 (18)

[player_tooltip player_id='1560882' first='Cedric' last='Tomes'] - Tomes is a 2026 D1 prospect with many of the bordering schools after including Minnesota. Recently he's been offered by Saint Louis and in October he was offered by Oklahoma. Tomes has stepped up his scoring this season averaging 28.8 points per game for the Raptors. Tomes is a skilled ball handler, passer, and really plays the game with fantastic pace.

https://twitter.com/streethistory/status/1866884091666370681

[player_tooltip player_id='1950404' first='Bennett' last='Skinner'] - Skinner is a 2026 wing that is committed to play baseball at the University of Minnesota. Skinner has a good shooting stroke and can be counted on to knock down 3-pointers. He's averaging 12.7 points per game.

Two 2025 seniors contributing nicely are [player_tooltip player_id='2104513' first='Kyle' last='Frendt'] 12.9 points per game and [player_tooltip player_id='1428992' first='James' last='Martin'], 12.4 points per game. Frendt is a D1 committed football player that will be going to Wyoming.

Stillwater 10-5 (23)

[player_tooltip player_id='2126113' first='AJ' last='Taban'] - The six-foot-six-inch Taban was a glue guy on the PJ Hoops/[program_tooltip program_id='2455790' first='Howard' last='Pulley'] Hoops EYBL team last summer. At Stillwater he showed he can be the main force scoring and still contributing in those other ways. Tuesday he scored a team high 25 points versus CDH in a tight 81-78 loss. Taban's biggest improvement Taban is stepping out beyond the arc and knocking down 3-pointers. Versus CDH he made 5.

Cater Zollar - The six-foot-three-inch 2027 Carter is averaging 12.5 points per game so far. Carter uses his wide receiver football skills to good use on the basketball court getting out in transition for easier scores and deflecting and stealing passes on defense.

[player_tooltip player_id='2104491' first='Henry' last='Zollar'] - Henry is a 2025 six-foot-two-inch guard who's averaging 13.5 points per game. Zollar helps spread the floor for Stillwater as he's made multiple triples in 5 games this season and as much 5 in a single game.

St. Paul Central 9-4 (32)

[player_tooltip player_id='2120500' first='Eli' last='Moseman'] - I wrote about Moseman about a week ago, you can click here to have a look.

[player_tooltip player_id='1574222' first='Allan' last='Lankfard'] - Lankfard is a 2025 six-foot-one-inch powerful guard that uses skills from the football field on the basketball court. As a quarterback/safety player Lankfard on offense can score the ball, especially in transition. Defensively he can match-up on the perimeter well and sniffs out steals often.

[player_tooltip player_id='2710243' first='Sefi' last='Whittington'] - The six-foot Whiitington has sank multiple 3-pointers in at least 10 games so far for SP Central. In a game versus Byron he was nearly unstoppable from beyond the arc making 8 3-pointers. Whittington's role is certainly spot-up and letting the ball fly and defensively he does well jumping passing lanes and getting his hands up.

White Bear Lake 5-7 (37)

[player_tooltip player_id='1560749' first='Colin' last='Piper'] - The 2026 six-foot-eight-inch center Piper is averaging 15.3 points per game with 9 games reported. Piper runs the floor well as he's a good athlete for his size, can play with his back to the basket, and face-up and drive to the hoop. Piper defensively is a threat to block and alter shots as he has at least five games with 2 or more blocks.

Woodbury 6-9 (38)

[player_tooltip player_id='1617779' first='Marquivion' last='Beasley'] - The five-foot-ten-inch 2025 senior combo guard Beasley is averaging 15.8 points per game for the Royals. Beasley has 7 games so far with 2 or more 3-pointers made in a game. He spaces well without the ball and gets up the court quickly to take advantage in transition.
