Bernard made his way onto our radar last winter with a strong sophomore season at Natick and continued to stand out while playing for Team White Mamba this summer. A long and lean combo forward, Bernard showcases a versatile skillset on the offensive end of the floor. He has a smooth left-handed shooting stroke and in-the-gym range on his jumper. He does a great job of moving without the ball and utilizing screens to get himself open. As he's gotten stronger, he's improved off the bounce and is now a quality rim finisher. He's a multi-positional defender with a high basketball IQ that can initiate offense on his own off of a defensive rebound. He'll be an interesting prospect to track this winter and should be one of the top wing scorers in the MIAA.

Breen was one of the biggest stock risers of the spring and summer, making a name for himself throughout New England for his play with Rivals Elite. The Shawsheen Tech big man is athletic, aggressive, and mobile. He has good size, impressive length, and plays with a quality motor. Most impressively, he seemed to stand out everywhere he went this summer - from All Academic to Elite 75 to the Made Hoops Circuit. He does a good job of elevating quickly, on both ends of the floor, is an impressive cutter, and has even shown some touch on his jumper out to the three point line. He's a good defender than can guard in multiple ball screen defenses while also supplying high level rim protection. He's turned into a high level Division III recruit that could generate scholarship interest this winter.

Jenkins entered the spring as a known name, having been a two-time state champion at Worcester North, but also did so after announcing that he would attend Worcester Academy and compete on the 3SSB Circuit with BABC. One of the regions top lead guards, Jenkins proved that the level of competition didn't matter to him this summer as he succeeded at every event he participated in. A standout at the NEPSAC Showcase, he showed his elite open floor quickness, ability to finish around the rim, and high level decision making with the ball in his hands. He continued to be both a quality scorer, as well as a facilitator that does whatever it takes to win. His length, combined with his quickness, allows him to be a terrific on-ball defender at the point of attack. His recruitment took off this summer and he's now cemented himself as a potential high major recruit.

Quinn was one of the region's top stock risers this spring and summer, taking his game to another level with the Middlesex Magic. An explosive power guard, Quinn's seemed to finally put all the pieces together as his combination of athleticism, IQ, and skill allowed him to shine on the biggest stages. He's a big time scorer that can get it done at all three levels, has a great first step off the bounce, and has turned himself into a consistent perimeter shooter. He's capable of supplying secondary ball-handling, but does his best off the ball when he's attacking the rim. He's a terrific rebounder for his position, is a switchable defender, and just does what it takes to win. He gained as much scholarship attention as any prospect in New England this summer, and subsequently, appears to be a priority recruit for mid-major programs up and down the east coast.

White made a name for himself at the All Academic camp in July, where he was one of the top scoring combo guards in attendance. A blur in transition, White showed great feel for the game and the ability to play with or without the ball in his hands. He has a good handle, is able to get into the teeth of the defense off the bounce, and can really score when he gets to his spots in the mid-range. He doesn't force the issue, plays with good pace, and is willing to make the extra pass, Defensively, he's a good on-ball defender that proved capable of moving well laterally and hounding the ball in the back-court. The youngest prospect on this list, he'll have plenty of time to continue to impress and should eventually land on the radar of plenty of college coaches.
