Let’s take a look at a few of the players we were able to catch from the Great State of Wisconsin while in attendance. FYI I’m a former Wisconsin resident myself growing up in Beloit many years ago.
Rogers moves very well around the floor. He was able to play-inside-out at times here today for the Wisconsin Playground. Kai was able to finish inside through contact while showcasing a soft touch around the bucket. He works for position down low on the block and understands on how to seal off defenders to receive the ball down low.
Kai was able to showcase some ball handling out top at the top of the key at times.
Juan is a long and rangy athlete. Hernandez is a quick leaper off the floor and really can change a game on either end of the court. Juan was able to challenge shots on the defensive side of the court after hustling down on a rebound on the offensive end. His MOTOR was constantly turned on at all times today.
Juan brings good versatility to the floor where he can play the 1-3 positions at times. He was able to finish above the rim on a handful of occasions here today.

Womack was productive with his play here today for the Wisconsin Playground. Aaron has a slender-sleek frame that was able to slash to the rack at times today and finish. He was able to knockdown some jumpers while leading his team to a victory here today over the Atlanta Xpress.

Zens fresh off a State Championship this past season at Wisconsin Lutheran came to play today. Zavier was able to score the ball inside-out on the floor. He connected on some three-pointers while finishing down low at times. Zavier shoots the ball at a good and productive clip.

Gustafson came out on fire by knocking down shots from behind the 3-point line. Caden averaged 17.2 ppg this past season while shooting 40% from downtown. Gustafson shoots the ball with a good deal of confidence while showcasing a very quick shot release in the process. He was always ready to receive the ball in the pocket for a quick release. He scored 19 points vs P7 Elite while connecting on 5 three-pointers.

Fenderson now is playing in the 2026 Class after reclassifying. He was playing down here this weekend with the Wisconsin Playground 16U squad. He really looked to get downhill with the ball all game long. Latrevion would try to bully defenders while attacking the basket. He showed good body control to the bucket along with a nice mid-range game.

Thomas Novotny
Thomas Novotny
Novotny is a strong point guard who really got the ball into the paint all day long here. Novotny was able to penetrate-kick to a open mate on several occasions here today. He really looked to utilize the bounce pass very well today. Thomas connected on perimeter jumpers along the way.
Thomas helped his high school program to a state championship on the hardwood and on the football field this past season.
