A star-studded state semifinal, Saint Ignatius and Delaware Hayes have a lot of talent at a lot of different spots. Despite Sam Springer being injured for the Wildcats, the battle in the paint will be filled with Division I recruits. Saint Ignatius goes with [player_tooltip player_id='1432034' first='Damon' last='Friery'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1491436' first='Reece' last='Robinson'], while Delaware Hayes pairs [player_tooltip player_id='1222373' first='Jesse' last='Burris'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1432060' first='Landon' last='Vanderwalker']. [player_tooltip player_id='1491439' first='Quinn' last='Woidke'] has had some big playoff games but [player_tooltip player_id='2205099' first='Jeremiah' last='Russell'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1675738' first='Jake' last='Lowman'] have stepped up in big ways. The Pacers ran through Columbus with 16 and 18 point wins in the regional round, Saint Ignatius was pushed to the brink by Brunswick in the regional final. It's interesting seeing Delaware Hayes peaking against some of the toughest competition they've faced all season in their last two games. Saint Ignatius faced a gauntlet to get them prepared for a playoff push. Cam Joyce has been to Dayton twice before with Saint Ignatius, is third time the charm?

Centerville Vs Toledo Whitmer

The Elks are in Dayton for a fourth straight year, a [player_tooltip player_id='1222348' first='Jonathan' last='Powell'] 3-pointer sent Moeller home as the Elks won an instant classic. The Greenberg twins are key new faces for Centerville who also are led by [player_tooltip player_id='1426736' first='Baboucarr' last='Njie'] in the paint. They'll face a Toledo Whitmer squad who won at the buzzer over Garfield Heights to get here. [player_tooltip player_id='1432018' first='Antione' last='West Jr'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1432039' first='Makhi' last='Leach'] give the Panthers a strong guard duo. Their role guys will need to continue to step up, [player_tooltip player_id='2309692' first='Andre' last='Young III'] was key in the regional title game.

With as open of a Division I field as I can remember, any combination of results wouldn't surprise me. This makes the semifinal and whatever championship game we get as very intriguing. Should be a great way to wrap up another fun playoff season.
