One of the most prolific two-way guards in recent memory, Austin remains one of the premier backcourt prospects available. Holding a variety of offers from MSU Denver, CSU Pueblo, Murray State College, Otero, and a few other programs. He remains one of the best backcourt defenders in this class, tenacious going for steals at the point of attack. Leading the state in points per game and top-3 in steals, Austin remains a sure thing at the next level.
One of the premier perimeter scorers in the state, up at 25.2 points per game, Kennison is worth a follow from his shooting alone. Holding offers from a variety of junior colleges, including Otero, Salt Lake, and McCook. He is a productive shotmaker out of ball screens, effectively readjusting his feet from distance. They are a capable facilitator up against an aggressive defense out of hedges or doubles.
Coming off of two straight 5A titles, Riehl is in short company. Through his past two seasons and 56 games, the guard has lost only two games over that time. His high energy defense against screens and passing lanes have made the guard one of the premier names in the state. His quickness with the ball makes him a dynamic scoring threat from all three levels, as well as facilitator for teammates.
Highlights
Terry’s positional size coupled with an above IQ with the ball have played a necessary role in Rock Canyon’s recent success. He still poses as a threat from behind the arc, a capable shooter off the catch. Alongside smooth footwork versus ball pressure, the guard is rarely a turnover risk.

The guard is an excellent defender and above average athlete, more than capable throwing down dunks past opponents. Proactive getting to eye opening putbacks or high flying layups, they do a great job elevating up.
One of the better downhill scorers in this class, Monroe-Elazier has all the tools to play at the next level. Coupled with quick reactions, he can get to spin moves to avoid contests, effectively contributing high hand finishes. The guard holds offers from Pacific University, Ottawa, and Minnesota West.
One of the best passers in the state and this class, Howery is a high IQ playmaker who has improved his shotmaking throughout this season. Holding an offer from CSU Pueblo, he brings the court vision necessary to succeed at the next level, wherever it may be.
A wiry defender, McLawrence is an intriguing backcourt defender whose wide reach puts opposing playmakers in tough situations. As well, the guard has the ability to play physically around the rim. Continuing to improve his pull-up jumper from inside the arc, McLawrence was a crucial offensive option while they made their Elite 8 run with 19-7 Mead.
