. This athletic all around guard elevates with ease and moves quickly in transition. He can shoot the rock effortlessly from three and always finds a way to jump above defenders for alley oops. Gasaway never fails to let off the “gas.” He maintains a motor that channels through the entire game.

Gasaway was excellent at the point of attack, leveraging his wide reach to poke away the ball from any opponent. HIs assertive habits kept opponents uncomfortable, effectively taking away their space and forcing a rushed decision. While off-ball he was constantly a threat slashing to the rim, effective finishing through contests and contact.

A particularly bouncy guard who is adept defending both backcourt positions, Gasaway has remained a key contributor to the playoff contending 15-6 Smoky Hill. He brings a concise style of play, getting to the vast majority of his shot attempts within a couple dribbles. He is among the most vertically gifted backcourt prospects in this class, easily finishing two-handed slams.

Gasaway is a player that is preparing to take on a bigger role this season and it has started this spring. He is a guard that is a pest on the defensive end and has quick feet to stay in front of ball handlers. He is someone who looks to get his teammates involved keeping the ball moving on the offensive end. He has the vision to find cutters and can fit passes into tight spaces. He can knock down shots from behind the arc at times and can score in the paint when he gets out in transition.
