<p>The first full Friday night of the Indiana High School Basketball season is in the books. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday we had just a few games last Friday, but we hit the ground this evening with a full slate of games. Here is everything you need to know from around the state in terms of notable scores and individual performances. We will continue to add to this as information comes in through Saturday morning.</p>

<p>In the game that I attended this evening, North Central used a huge second quarter from junior guards [player_tooltip player_id='1297108' first='Rogelio' last='Rivera'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1578447' first='Nijah' last='Jewell'] to pull away from Arsenal Tech. 12 points from Rivera and 8 from Jewell turned a five point game into a 17 point game in the period. Then, the Panthers put it on ice in the fourth quarter before ultimately winning 86-57. [player_tooltip player_id='1578451' first='Papi' last='Rivera'] led the way 19 points, 17 of which game in the second half. [player_tooltip player_id='1547429' first='Jaxson' last='Bell'] added 15 points while [player_tooltip player_id='1561112' first='Gavin' last='Petty'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1578447' first='Nijah' last='Jewell'] chipped in 11 and 10 points respectively. In the loss for Arsenal Tech [player_tooltip player_id='2282439' first='Jayden' last='Ford'] scored 19 points to go with 7 rebounds. [player_tooltip player_id='1728675' first='Elexander' last='Harris'] contributed 15 points for the Titans as well.</p>

<p>Fishers defeated Noblesville 66-59 in a big time Hoosier Crossroads Conference matchup that could be a preview of Sectional 8 as well. The Tigers brought home the win in a battle between two Top 10 teams as [player_tooltip player_id='2079500' first='Keenan' last='Garner'] scored 22 points to lead the way. Junior guard [player_tooltip player_id='1525664' first='Jonanthony' last='Hall'] chipped in 16 points for Fishers. Meanwhile, senior guard [player_tooltip player_id='1158209' first='Aaron' last='Fine'] finished with a game-high 26 points in the loss for the Millers.</p>

<p>Up north, Valparaiso came out on top against East Chicago Central 71-65. [player_tooltip player_id='1297042' first='Jack' last='Smiley'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1297020' first='Dominique' last='Murphy Jr']., two of the top prospects in Indiana's Class of 2025, battled it out blow-for-blow in this one but Smiley and the Vikings ultimately came out on top. He finished with 26 points, 6 rebounds, and 8 assists. Murphy also scored 26 points to go with 8 rebounds for East Chicago Central.</p>

<p>Congratulations to junior forward [player_tooltip player_id='1297028' first='Gavin' last='Betten'] who surprised the 1,000 point milestone for Manchester High School on Friday night. The 6'6" forward went for 26 points as the Squires defeated Wawasee.</p>
