A lot of attention, rightfully so, is paid to Jeffersonville’ talented junior trio, but this 6’0″ senior deserves plenty of recognition as well. Rose played a big role in leading the Red Devils to the Phil Cox Memorial Holiday Tournament championship game. He can score it off of the bounce using his strength and body control inside and also showed off a smooth outside stroke. His addition to the Jeffersonville roster after transferring over from New Albany gives them even more offensive firepower.

Rose certainly turned some heads on Friday night as he went off for 25 points in a win for IE Blaze Select over Indiana Game UA Rise. He is a stronger guard who takes contact well off of the dribble, shoots it well from beyond the arc, and can finish with either hand at the end of his drives. The 6’2″ guard earned First Team All-Conference honors as a junior at New Albany but still flew under-the-radar heading into the this summer. It is performances like this though that will make sure he garners the attention he deserves going into his senior year.
