Will Stuckey Will Stuckey 6’1″ | SG Kettle Moraine | 2024 State WI looks primed for a big senior season at Kettle Moraine, and had his team in it until the very end against Nicolet. The slashing guard excelled at getting both feet in the paint and then making plays with his crafty footwork. He had defenders in the air with shot-fakes, and was able to pivot in various directions to open up some short jumpers. Also had the vision to recognize when help defenders slid up on him, allowing him to slip the ball in to one of his forwards. As the game progressed he was stretching his game out to the perimeter where he caught fire from three both off the catch and dribble. He’ll look to help Kettle Moraine get back to the state tournament in March.
Trevor showed why he’s one of the most versatile players in Wisconsin’s 2025 class as he helped Homestead take home the championship at the Overtime Sports Fall League. At 6’5-6’6 he was seeing over the top of the defense to zip in passes to his cutting teammates, and also had some nice dimes out of the block when taking his defender into the post. On the defensive end there aren’t many positions he can’t defend at the high school level, and he does a nice job of utilizing his length to get up in passing lanes for tips/steals. Showcased some bounce out in the open floor with an explosive transition dunk. I believe he was recorded at 19 points in the championship game.
Also helping lead Homestead to a championship was St. Thomas commit Tim Franks Tim Franks 6’5″ | SG Homestead | 2024 State WI . He put up 25 points utilizing his outside shot and off-ball movement to score with efficiency. Tim excels at beating his man with backdoor cuts, getting into deep post position for easy finishes, and relocating off the ball for perimeter shots. He’s one of those players that you can’t afford to lose sight of as a defender, because he’s going to locate open space and knock down threes at such a high percentage. Tim may not be an elite athlete, but at 6’5 he does a great job of positioning himself on defense and it allows him to step in and take one or two charges just about every game he plays.
Deuce impressed early in his high school career with his deep shooting range and ability to immediately score at the varsity level. This past weekend though he looks to have developed into more of a true floor general. He was facilitating at a high level, and making a variety of passes to set his teammates up to score. Deuce did a great job of picking his head up after rebounds or steals, and tossing the ball ahead for some open dunks to his forwards running the floor. Also made the simple passes on the perimeter, and showed his playmaking ability by beating his man off the dribble and hitting the open man as the help defender slid in. Still managed to showcase his signature shooting ability with a handful of threes in the win over Martin Luther.
Highlights
Shots weren’t falling for Tosa West against Bradley Tech, and they needed someone outside of Kai Rogers Kai Rogers 6’10” | C Wauwatosa West | 2025 State #41 Nation WI to step up. The 6’4 freshman did just that as he showcased not only his high potential, but also his current skillset that should make him an instant impact freshman. He has the build to play on the wing with good strength and length for a freshman, but was handling the ball like a natural guard. Showed he can create separation for a jumper while also being able to finish through contact at the rim against older players.
Kai was his usual self just controlling the paint in a win for Tosa West over Bradley Tech. Defensively he showed good feet in the paint to step in and make plays as a shot blocker, and was an immovable force anytime an opposing forward tried to post up on him. Had a key block during the final minute in a one possession game. Offensively he showcased his ever-improving footwork with some impressive buckets out of the block, including a few moves resulting in jumpers. Ran the floor hard for a transition poster dunk as well as an alley-oop that he caught running at nearly full speed. Productive game from the dominant inside presence.
Nicolet was going back and forth in the second half against a tough Kettle Moraine team, and Bolden was one of the main reasons they came away with the win. He’s one of those players who has such a tight handle that allows him to probe in tight spaces to make plays. Can split defenders with ease to get into the paint and make plays as a passer, and has a lightning quick release on his shot from three. Provides an extra scoring option for his team but also has no problem controlling the game as a floor general.
