Max Wagner
Max remembers becoming obsessed with high school basketball and recruiting in middle school watching the likes of Diamond Stone, Kevon Looney, and Sam Dekker dominate the state of Wisconsin. Originally from Racine, WI and now in the Twin Cities as a student at the University of Minnesota, Max follows the high school hoops scene in both states, with a passion for discovering hidden talents. Max created Fresh Coast Hoops last year as a freshman in college looking to get involved in the high school basketball community in Minnesota. He started the Fresh Coast Hoops YouTube channel as a way to provide exposure to colleges for athletes who otherwise wouldn't have highlight tapes, as well as a way to share the performances of some of the best players Minnesota has to offer. He now brings his dedication to high school basketball to the Prep Hoops team, covering both the Twin Cities and the state of Wisconsin.
