Emmanuel Joe-Samuel Emmanuel Joe-Samuel 6'4" | SG Camden | 2025 State #308 Nation NJ , 6’4 SG Camden
Joe-Samuel had a big junior season and is looking to carry it over into his new home. The Paul VI transfer attacks the basket with a purpose as he is a strong finisher around the rim and can make shots through contact. Joe-Samuel is more than just a slasher as he has a good release on his jumper and can make opponents pay for giving him space behind the arc. He fights for rebounds on both ends of the floor and slides his feet on defense. Joe-Samuel is a gritty guard prospect who should put up big numbers for the High in 2023-24.
Jamir McNeil Jamir McNeil 6'0" | PG Middle Township | 2025 State NJ , 6’0 PG Middle Township
McNeil has the potential to make noise this season as the Panthers look to repeat as South Jersey Group 2 champions. The 6’0 guard has a quick first step, which he uses to blow by his defender and finish around the basket. McNeil gets his teammates involved in the halfcourt and can also score in the mid-range. He pushes the pace well in transition and uses his length to get deflections on the defensive end. McNeil is a lanky, lead guard prospect whose ability to run the offense will help his stock in a big way.
Judah Hidalgo Judah Hidalgo 6'4" | PG Paul VI | 2025 State NJ , 6’4 PG Paul VI
Hidalgo is the Eagles’ top returning scorer from last season and should take a big jump this winter. The 6’4 guard has a smooth release on his jumper and sets his feet before he shoots. Hidalgo moves well without the ball in his hands, freeing himself up for open jumpers and layups in the half court. He is an underrated passer and has the length to defend multiple positions. Hidalgo’s ability to stretch the floor is something that will help his game throughout the season.
Luke Kennevan Luke Kennevan 6'4" | SG Camden Catholic | 2025 State NJ , 6’4 SG Camden Catholic
Kennevan is primed for a breakout season as the ball will be in his hands more this winter. The 6’4 guard has a good first step, which he uses to get to the rim and finish. Kennevan rises up with confidence on his jumper and can make opponents pay for giving him space from behind the arc. He works hard on the defensive end and moves well without the ball in his hands. Kennevan had four 20-point games last season and should eclipse that mark in 2023-24.
Jaycen Santucci Jaycen Santucci 6'4" | SG Central Regional | 2025 State NJ , 6’3 SG Central Regional
Santucci exploded onto the scene last season as he poured in nearly 500 points. The 6’3 guard explodes off the floor for dunks and can finish through contact around the rim. Santucci pushes the pace in transition and is an underrated passer. He fights for rebounds on both ends of the floor and uses his athleticism to make plays on defense. Santucci is a slashing guard prospect who should put up numbers for Central Regional in 2023-24.
