Holt is a sharpshooter from downtown that needs very little space to get his shot off. The lefty knows where his spots are and how to get to them effectively for high-percentage shots. He has deep range well beyond the three-point line. Holt can put the ball on the floor and work the midrange game, using his 6’2″ frame to shoot over smaller defenders. He can easily finish around the rim, avoiding multiple defenders while in the air.

Holt is a lengthy shooting guard who can shoot lights out from long range and has a very quick release. He has zero hesitation once he catches the ball and likes to shoot in the corners. He can finish at the rim and take shots in the midrange area as he uses pump fakes to get defenders in the air. Holt’s defense is also respectable with him being able to guard taller players in the low post or guard faster perimeter players up top.

Holt is a lefty shooter with a fast release point. Pairing those two alone already has the makings of a sharpshooter. The corner shot is no doubt his favorite. He has deep range forcing defenses to press upon him the second he dribbles past half-court. If you leave Holt wide open he simply won’t hesitate to shoot and will rarely miss an opportunity like that. Contested defenders do none too little to alter his shot making him a tough guard for opposing teams.
